It is unethical and illegal to threaten eviction during the moratorium, especially so they could make a profit. This company should be investigated and held accountable. They also entered our rental without permission to leave us a harassing note on our kitchen counter yesterday. The letter stated that they were there to see how our move out progress was going.

We rented for 9 years and we were never late on rent. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I anticipate that they will find an excuse to keep the damage deposit. I will be filling complaints with the appropriate authorities.

This company has been running our HOA for several years. They f=do a very good job maintaining the properties. It is not always easy to find someone to speak with in the office, or get one of them to reply to phone enquiries. That is the reason I only gove 4 stars.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value The complete lack of respect, professionalism, and just simple sincerity by the HOA manager when their vendor ruined my property is horrendous. Not even a simple apology. Pathetic.

Gwen does a great job keeping us informed and updates us regularly on the activity and upcoming Oak Run Association meetings. Very responsive too! Already a huge improvement compared to the old association.

Our HOA of 18 homes over the past 4 years have been very happy with the professional service from our rep. Don. We feel like he really understands our community and has great ideas to keep us looking great, takes the stress off big decisions or small, he has gone the extra mile bringing experience and trust on the financially in line. The only way i can describe my expirence with 33rd company its association that practices 21st century redlining. As soon as one the properties they managed came in market; i had expressed my intrest to rent.which i had completed all necessary steps (app+ proof of income.etc). afterwards i schedualed time to view property with agent goes by the name of Kevin. whom within seconds of meeting signaled in his disinterest of the whole process, it had became so obstacle to get info out of him, asking hime basic questions such as what utlities included in rent he will be replying back along with these lines " i believe is listed on Zillow". with his disintrest i continued to show myself the property. Afterwards i asked him what the next step in which he stated so far you the 1st person who viewed the property and since you had informed me that you had already submitted application, per rule applications are processed on 1st come first bases with that being said you should hear from us with 1-3 days. i asked if i can write check for security deposit, he refused stating that all the application steps must be completed prior accepting any security deposit. after one day i received an email thanking me for my interst and they had decided to move with another applicant. when i inquired about it over the phone, no one had replied back to my three voicemails. in another attempt i have sent email in which they had finally replied back, and stated they moved on with another applicant cause they provided security deposit and that was their sole justification. in that instance i stoped pursuing any further explanation. if you are minortiy indivdiual good luck with their fake fair process. Hoping state or local authorities investigate their favoritism. feel sorry for owners who trusted the with their properties.

We have 33rd Company as our HOA management company. Recently we have had some questions that we have had Stacey help us with and she has responded to our emails or phone calls in a timely matter. My family has been pleased with the service that we have received through 33rd Company. We had a face to face meeting with the owner Lynn to discuss the rental process and our concerns. We have also been very happy with the customer service that we have received with Andrew for day to day property management issues. Marie and Mike at 33rd Company were helpful when obtaining various rental related permit through our city.

We have been pleased with the three tenants that have been placed at our property. 33rd Company has been very responsive with household repairs too. I would recommend 33rd Company if you are looking for a property rental management company.

Stacey Bjelland was more than happy to assist with information required for a property being refinanced in one of the Condo associations 33rd Company does not even manage anymore. This kind of service for a property that is not under the 33rd Company umbrella any longer really speaks to the service I can imagine members receive. Many thanks to Stacey for her willingness to assist and her speedy response.

We are happy with the decision to use the 33rd Company to manage our rental property. Communication when issues arise with the property were generally provided via email. This worked in most situations. One suggestion would be to use phone rather than email when urgent reply is needed. For example when the furnace quit in the middle of winter.

Excellent customer service! I looked at two apartments with 33rd Company and had a great experience. I sent them several texts and emails with questions and they replied promptly each time, were polite and always extremely professional. Casey was great in showing me an apartment, which was beautiful, and informing about another that's being redone and will be beautiful. Carol helped a ton from the office and though I unintentionally became a high-maintenance prospect, she was friendly and super helpful! I would definitely rent from this company!

33rd Company was easy to work with right from the start. I love the home we've been in for 3 years now and treat it as my own. They are quick to get any issue handled right away, and are usually very communicative. There have only been a couple of times that I didn't receive an email about someone coming out to do work, but the vendors are usually pretty flexible. Love the hands-off Tenant work order system. You just submit the issue online and they handle it for you and send you the vendor info. Overall, a great tenant experience.
