A & G Management

Management is disgusting. They are so unprofessional. This is not a good place to live. They most definitely must have people write positive reviews. There are none. The roaches, rats, smell and Staff are all bad.

Worst place to live. The management will at some point disrespect you. Just give it time.

If I could give less than a one star review I sure would! The manager is nasty! All I did was call to inquire about a residency and she was VERY distasteful. What I would prefer is a individual to at "minimum" act like they have the time to speak to me without cutting me off and being sharp with their responses. Act like you care. Act like my money is important and ACT like your job is your passion. If you aren't passionate about your job what are you doing with your life! I wouldn't live here because who knows how they'll treat you once you begin paying real money!

Please please go to Yelp. google ( chapel manor apts ) and a apartment review dot com. do not trust this management company! These photos are how they manage their properties. this is the damage to my apartment from repeated flooding. sewage backups. I was put in an un sound apartment. when I complained and asked to be moved they ignored me. got an attorney and was given an eviction. they use thug tactics to manage their properties! 3 floods. 3 sewage backups. plus much more! Been in my apt less than a year! Chapel Manor apts! Renters beware!

This company is un-American taking advantage of people with disabilities. they hope you won't fight back and when you do they try to all the sudden say you violated your lease. I didn't violate my lease a week ago. a month ago or. 6 mos. ago. but as soon as I stood up to them and mentioned court and an attorney Lauren Parker stated I violated my lease!

Really let's see what a judge says. gonna be hard to deny your own emails! Folks your gonna pay your hard earned money to A&G management at one of their properties and statistically a third of you are gonna be where I am! Ripped off! Ms. Gilden your un American. un apologetic for what your company has put me through and I assure your time in court is coming if this is not cleared up! Please boycot this management company and the communities they manage!

Terrible properties, unkept buildings and grounds. Rodent infested. Dog waste everywhere. Dismissive management, they ignore complaints, they don't even salt the steps in the winter, no communication when water is off or utility repairs occur. Massive drug problem, I experience the negative effects just sitting in my apartment, pot, meth, you name it. Drugs are openly sold here. Horrible place, horrible company, horrible management.

In all honesty, I think aandgmanagement is disorganized and poorly ran. I would look somewhere else if I were you.

Looking for an apartment in Glen Burnie. Do not go to Southgate Apartments. It is the worst, I repeat THE WORST apartment complex I have ever lived in! They go all out to treat you as respectable prospective tenant until you sign an extortion of a leasing agreement, then they turn into monsters. They are in the business of false advertising with 'sound conditioned rooms' and the like but what you will get is a rat and roach infested apartment that they could care less to get under control.

They will tell you that 6 months lease agreements are possible and when you want to transition to a short term lease, they will slap you with all sorts of fines. The neighborhood is no longer safe either. Police are patrolling the area every other day.

It's all about the money with these people. Apartments they will tell you is "sound conditions but not sound proof" and they are right because you can hear everything through the floors.

Worst rental company ever. They always want to come in your home and make you move all the furniture 2 feet from the walls for pest control. This is every few weeks. They never come on the days listed and just expect that you're ready for them. Then they allow criminals to live in the apartments which causes crime to go up. My truck got shot, my neighbor got robbed, someone shoots guns EVERY night at 8pm.

A little security would go a long way. A month and a half ago, a window at the entrance to my building was broken and they just duct taped it. They never fixed it. I once had water damage from the apartment above, they painted over it and never checked for mold. On Sunday they posted a notice on the mailbox bulletin board (cause you know, I check mail on Sundays.) It said that I had to move my vehicles for Monday and Tuesday so they could cut down trees.

I had to go out in the pouring rain and push my motorcycle since I was given less than 10 hours (notice).Monday and Tuesday came and big surprise, nothing happened. Today is Thursday and they magically started to do work cutting down trees with no notification. Then they made my wife move my truck while i was at work. In my opinion, if you like an incompetent apartment company to constantly harass and bother you, this is the place.

They charge too much for rent and won't maintanence the place. It is like living in a trashy trailer park.

A&G Management has a wonderful staff! Very kind, answered all my questions, made us feel at home. I was very impressed.
