I am a Realtor and have a lot of options on what home inspectors I can recommend to my clients. I without hesitation recommend A1 Home Inspections! David is very professional and talks to people not at them as so many "Professionals" tend to do. He explains any issues in depth but also explains that there are remedies available to fix almost any issue that may arise.
He is also very knowledgeable and has seen pretty much everything that can be wrong with a house. If and when I buy another house I will use A1 for my inspections too, there is no one better in the area, and I should know as I have had to deal with pretty much all of them as either a buyers agent or from representing the sellers!
