I highly recommend Absentee Homeowners Service for both driveway snow removal and property management. I used their services for over 10 years and was extreamly pleased with how dependable, knowledgeable, reasonably priced they are. My property was a weekend rental with a steady stream of renters and guests. I never had to worry about the house not being ready on time. Jeff took care of it all and kept my costs down as much as possible. I'm currently moving to Tahoe and hope to find a property manager as good and reliable as Absentee Homeowners. Absentee Homeowners is a wonderful service! It gave us the peace of mind we needed when we were not at our vacation property to know it was well taken care of and safe. Jeff was so quick the few times we needed emergency services (plumbing, electrical, or otherwise) as well! Jeff taking the time to "shut down" our place when we left also helped our bills to stay low while we were away.(It really made a big difference in our electric bills) and we never worried about our pipes freezing because we knew we were winterized when we left.
I can not express enough how important and comforting it is to have this assurance when owning a vacation home! So worth the money! We always knew we were taken care of with Jeff and Absentee Homeowners!
