Just won a small claim against Action Properties and they have lost another one a month ago. All is good until you move out. I like the fact that is well staffed. Each staff member has a specific job to do in the company. It easy to know who to call when you need something. Everyone is friendly and easy to talk to. It is also a pleasure to let others take care of things for a change, We used to manage our rentals for 20 years.

We've been with Action Properties since February 2021 and we very pleased with the services from Action Properties. I've seen action properties in my neighborhood. they took out a dead tree in front of one of their properties and never replaced it with a tree. Each house has a tree in front of it so now this house does not have a tree and it looks funny. I contacted action and they did not care they had lots of excuses. Now every house on the block has a tree except for this one and it looks not right.
But they don't care they're just action properties. Below our pictures. Now the neighborhoods not the same. Thank u action properties. Every house has a tree. In about 20 years when these trees are full grown it's going to be beautiful. That house with no tree will be the ugly duckling unfortunately. UPDATE: almost a month has past and Action never did replant a tree after tearing one out. I guess they can tear them out of the ground but not replace them for some reason.
