APM and Jessie was wonderful. He did a great job responding to issues as they arose and keeping a nice buffer between us as renters and the landlords. He's very reasonable and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to rent with this company again.

Finding a great rental is hard. Jesse at Action was so very kind and responsive and made the whole process so swift and painless. During the years I rented one of his managed properties he was always quick to communicate, swift at resolving any issue, and super friendly. Having the buffer between myself and the landlord was a valued feature. I highly recommend this company for either landlord or renter.

This is my first time using Action Property Management. I talked to Jesse about potentially moving into this house we seen online. Absolutely beautiful home and exactly what me and my girlfriend was looking for. We emailed Jesse and got a response very quick. I told him my timeline and how fast I wanted to move into the house, he got everything done on time and let me know about the whole process before anything happened.

We've only lived in this house for a little over a week, but I feel confident with any issues that might arise that Jesse will get it solved. We immediately had a HOA issue (Not caused by Jesse or the owners) and Jesse was extremely professional and got everything solved without us having to get into it with the HOA. Which I'm very thankful for considering that my main concern was moving into a house that's in a HOA. Thank you again Jesse, for being extremely professional, on time, and a problem solver. Everything I personally feel a property manager needs. 10/10 Would recommend.

Jesse at Action Property Management is experienced at his job. He is capable at handling any situation that arises with professionalism and efficiency. If a situation arises, Jesse communicates with me so we can agree on the the best solution. His knowledge of the local businesses is very helpful to fix issues that pop up. I trust Jesse to take care of my property and I appreciate all his efforts on my behalf.

Jesse is fairly quick to respond to concerns, more so than other property management companies I have dealt with in the past, or have heard from others renting in this area from other PM companies. Any issues we had were taken care of quickly. Does not bother you unless he of course he sees a concern when he drives by to check on the property. Just make sure you get your propane tank filled the week you move out and not before!

Jesse at Action Property Management was great to deal with. He responded quickly to our emails/texts and sought to resolve the issues in a timely manner. We felt that he balanced well representing the owner's interest as well as our rights as tenants. If we ever have need of a property management service, we will definitely work with Jesse again.

We used Action Property about 7 years ago to manage our house that we were going to rent out. We lived in California at the time and trusted them to take care of our home in Sequim. It turns out that they weren't really working for the landlord but favored the renters instead. At first our rent amount Action Property decided seemed pretty low for our house and the location its in.

And when the tenants were occupying the house it seemed like every month there was something broken, leaking or some other excuse to deduct the amount owed to us. No pictures were taken of the issues that needed fixing just an invoice at the end of the month stating that something was broken and fixed and it was costly! They did not inform us ahead of time. There's other property management companies in Sequim or Port Angeles to chose from. Hopefully they're better than this one. Good luck!

We rented a property through Jesse at Property Management and he made it so easy for us to get into one of his properties. He knows his job well and responds to any questions or issues right away. He is very easy to deal with and such a nice guy. I would totally recommend him to use as a tenant and as an owner.

We owned a second home in Sequim for 18 years, hoping to retire there and renting it out in the meantime. We were lucky enough to find Action Property and the Schubert family to manage it. Never having been landlords, we didn't even know what we didn't know! The Schuberts educated us. Most valuable to us was their excellent vetting of potential renters, which saved us many heartaches as out of state owners.

We always got fast, accurate information and service on our property. For example when a storm once brought down a tree, we were informed right away, photos were sent so we could work with our insurance co. and their local contractor cut it up and hauled it away promptly. Our monthly statements were prompt and easy for us and our CPA to read at tax time.

Even when we told Jesse that family circumstances were causing us to sell, he went out of his way to work hand in hand with us and our realtor to prepare our property to show at its best. Action Property has repeatedly demonstrated integrity, honesty and reliability. They have truly gone above and beyond the entire time we have done business with them. We highly recommend that anyone renting in Sequim use them to find a rental or to manage their property.

Don't do it, I had the worst experience ever dealing with this company. I rented a place from them for 10 months, I experienced the worst 10 months in any place I've ever lived in my whole life! I don't even want to give it one star

We started working with Walt Schubert and Action Property Management about 7 years ago when we bought a property in Sunland--and had just a great experience with him managing our place! When his son Jesse took over, just as good an experience. Even better, when we chose to buy another property to retire to (and sold the Sunland property) Jesse was enormously helpful--since we were still in Texas--making recommendations for contractors, letting them into our new property, and worked beautifully with our real estate agent and our renters in selling the old property.

I can't say enough about how competent, ethical, and caring Jesse is! If I were renting a property again, I'd absolutely go to Jesse and Action Property Management. They are great!

My husband and I went through Action Property Management when we rented a house last August. Jesse has always been very responsive to any questions and quick to respond if any issues that may come up that require attention. He is very respectful to his clients and makes it a priority to ensure the property you rent is kept well maintained. We haven't rented in over 30 years since we were always home owners.

After a cross country relocation we decided to rent at first and learn the area before purchasing. We were apprehensive in the beginning wondering if it was going to be a decision we would regret. Jesse proved to be a huge blessing making the transition from the east coast to the west coast much easier. Both my husband and myself highly recommend using Action Property Management.

We just moved to town with perfect credit & a bank account with plenty for deposits & rent but no job yet & we told this to Walt in which he said no problem & happy accepted our app fee money $40 and then denied us anyway a week later. he kept our money of course-what a scam! i had heard around town not to trust him as a prop manager so stupid me.

Renters beware, it does not matter how clean you leave a rental Action has no intention of pay back deposits.
