For 8 years, we rented a property from Acumen. Marc and his team are very supportive of their tenants and responsive to their needs. Their customer service is unmatched. I would recommend Acumen to anyone. who is looking to rent.

Marc Page has been the best during this COVID-19 crisis. I already thought very highly of them but now I'm even more impressed. Reasons you should move to an Acumen Property - Any service requests are performed very quickly. My apartment is so nice and I feel so secure. You don't have to call them, they answer emails quick. Im not a phone person so that is wonderful for me.

When we moved from the west side of Atlanta to the east side four years ago, we looked at several houses and fell in love with one; it was managed by Acumen Property Group. We had a small hiccup on the day we were to move in - the painters weren't finished as the homeowner decided to have the whole house repainted at the last minute. With movers scheduled, we couldn't wait for them to finish, so we moved our stuff and they finished around us. Marc was kind and upfront about the whole situation.

Whenever we needed anything, he got the maintenance crew out there ASAP and worked around our schedule. When the homeowner decided he was going to sell before our lease was up, Marc and Lambert helped us find another property to finish our lease in. The only reason we are not still leasing from APG is because we just a house. Thank you Marc and Lambert for all you did to help us. We will call if you need your assistance again in the future.

Marc and his team were outstanding! They were attentive and very quick with all needs. Answered questions without hesitation. The maintenance was always taken care of in a timely manner. They were great liaisons between me and the owner with all issues. They made sure to treat both renter and owner fairly. Lambert was my favorite property manager.

So down to earth and so human. He always address concern and asked questions immediately if he didn't know. Very caring. Marc as I told you before, you have a gem in him. Overall awesome company, especially coming from dealing with a company that was the complete opposite. Thanks for setting the standard!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Acumen Property Group LLC. They also did their job with a pleasant disposition, executed every maintenance job correctly and on time, which was an improvement from my last place of residency before Acumen. I definitely recommend renting a place with this company. I just recently moved out of my townhouse in Decatur to come back to my hometown of NYC and my family truly miss that townhome.

Marc Page and Acumen Property Group has been by far the BEST leasing company I have ever worked with. They were they attentive to every need that I had and at times it felt like I was their only tenant. Repairs (if needed) were always done in a timely fashion, concerns were always handled with urgency and accuracy. The property was always kept up to spec.
