God-awful management company their properties are deteriorating a new ownership came through and bought the properties unfortunately I'm sure they had no clue how god-awful they were going to be the local management are decent but they are very controlled like puppets their so-called regional manager is an absolute horrible human being I have no clue how and why he gets enjoyment out of being a slumlord
