It's garbage rood uneducated and unprofessional. Make money by taking money from people as a application fee and stole that moony with trick. They are liars and rood people. Promise to reserve the apartment took fee 35$ then denied without explanation and refuse the return the money back. Will sue them.

The ADR Properties onsite manager, named Mr. Austin Del Castillo aka Austin DelCastillo has an ongoing history of targeting and harassing tenants, including using his personal cell phone to take pictures and videos of tenants without their consent. This man's behavior is quite creepy and makes people uncomfortable. This has gone on since the early part of 2020 (approx. June) up until the present. Austin DelCastillo aka Austin Rodolfo Del Castillo also has a history of triangulating himself with other tenant issues/conflicts.
One of the recent incidents happened on December 8, 2021, with Mr. Austin R. Del Castillo aka Austin R. DelCastillo digging into the community trashbin and then taking a full bag of animal feces and putting on our front doorstep. Mind you this is in the middle of a global COVID19 Pandemic, so this definitely increases the risk for infections and disease of all sorts. Mr. Austin Del Castillo is close to 80 years of age, so we aren't sure if there may be some kind of dementia or other issues going on, as we have already sent him certified Cease & Desist notices to stop the harrassing activities. Also, the common areas are often not maintained with moldy laundry items, feminine napkin wrappers, candy wrappers, and construction caution tape, laying on the ground in the common areas and bushes for months on end sometimes.
We have repeatedly reported these incidents to ADR Property Management, including Ms. Eleanor Ras, the authority over Mr. Austin Del Castillo. In addition, a certified Cease & Desist Notice was sent both to Mr. Austin Del Castillo aka Austin DelCastillo and ADR Properities, in hopes that these things would stop. Despite being close to 80 years old, Mr. Austin DelCastillo seems to enjoy childish, petty games of "testing the waters" so to speak, every once in a while.
He is as petty as he is old. It's a really cringe-worthy sight to see someone be up in age like that and still be so childish and petty. He seems to have a hard time keeping up with the property and keeping it nice, clean and tidy. When he goes up and down his stairs to his unit, he has to use his arms to pull himself up by the rails. Regardless, it is against CDC/COVID and LA County Health Department compliance laws to place animal feces on tenant doorsteps. Onsite manager, Mr. Austin Del Castillo, is required by law to place trash in the proper trash receptacles with a closed lid on them.
It has been made crystal clear to both Mr. Austin Del Castillo and his boss at ADR Properties, Ms. Eleanor Ras that if he continues annoying/harassing/targeting us that Civil Harassment Orders will be filed on Mr. Austin Rodolfo DelCastillo in LA Superior Court. We want no dealings with Mr. Austin Del Castillo and we want him to leave us alone once and for all.
We want him to stop trying to insert himself into our space. No one is interested. We are only dealing with ADR Property Management directly and have made that clear already. But it seems that ADR may not be able to control this onsite manager, so every incident will be publicly documented, so that if drastic measures have to be taken to court, it will shown that every effort has been done to avoid having to take this to court.
If Mr. Austin Del Castillo continues, he may/may not become a liability to ADR Property Management. *shrug* Just a thought. I lived in a building managed by this company for 3 years and it was always so difficult to get a hold of our manager. My emails were often ignored. When my roommate needed to get off the lease she had to call everyday for over a week just to get her name officially off the lease. Complaints were always swept under the rug. Repairs we'd need to ask multiple times to get done.
The last straw is now that I'm finally out I haven't gotten my security deposit back even though they apparently mailed it almost a month ago. I emailed nothing. Emailed again, nothing. called and was told someone would call me back about it. Never got a call. Called again and was told someone would contact me after the weekend. This company is the worst. So glad I'm not in a place managed by them again. Now please just give me my damn security deposit.
