Douglas E. Wilson, AMS, PCAM, CPM, CMCA, President, and Licensed Community Association Manager, is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Finance. Mr. Wilson also completed the Master of Science Program in Urban Land Economics and Real Estate Investment Analysis.

Cash is green to these folks and supersedes any HOA declarations and covenants. Management and office staff talk disparagingly behind resident's back, spread rumors and play favorites. I could not ask for a better management company. As a resident and member of The Board of Directors in my community. I think Colleen Fletcher along with Matt Wilson have gone above and beyond for both the community and the association. Colleen has made the board of director meetings smooth and seamless since she has taken her role with us here in Willowbrook.

She is organized and responsive. With her numerous years in this business, I find her to be highly knowledgeable. Their practices are always in the best interest of the community and have been a pleasure to work with thus far.

Working with Advanced Management of SW, FL, (AMI) has been great experience. Their managers are proficient, experienced, professional and responsive to all of our issues. They provide us with support, advice and help us adhere to the Florida Statues and manage our community. Colleen Fletcher is new to the group with years of experience in the field and a asset to our association.

This company has always responded to every need i have had or requested and always responded in a timely prompt manner to every inquiry i have made. However since i have been dealing with several community management companies over the last 2 decades, I do understand this type of company with the nature of what they provide for the associations will generate a lot of negative reviews since owners who receive violation letters and are behind on their association fees always feel it is the management companies fault even though this is just the reality of moving into a deed restricted community. If more owners understood this before buying into the community it would help to set expectations for the homeowner on what they agreed to by purchasing.

In my personal opinion this group is the absolute worst management company. They failed to do our 2017 taxes and then upon transition to another company in October of 2018 they sent us a form allowing their CPA firm to do the past due taxes. They used their internal policies when "enforcing" our rules. This means that they did not enforce our rules as our docs were written.

They instead did what was best for them. They missed our annual meeting dates and were absolutely horrible at communicating with the Board and residents. These are just a very few of a long list of issues. If you go with this company, please be aware that you will truly regret the decision. Our property Manager was out of the office more than she was in.

The owner of the company once told a Board member that "We don't just jump whenever you need something" These people have no business whatsoever managing properties where peoples home values are at stake. If I could rate negative numbers, I would! I had to update this post. I am looking at the follow up posts from one of the owners. I would be curious if anyone has actually had any improvements whatsoever from the follow up posting or if it is simply a formality to look good on a Google review.

They can take the time to "look good and caring" but actually do what they are contracted for. NOT AT ALL. Another edit, we just found out that they also neglected to file taxes for 2016 as well as 2017. These people should lose their license!

Since switching to AMI our homeowners association has never been better! Mat Wilson and his team are extremely professional and responsive. Don't waste your time with other management companies as none of them are as organized and knowledgeable as AMI.

AMI has been our condo management company for a number of years. I have always thought they did a good job, but since joining the board, I can tell you from experience that they are very responsive, and very helpful in assisting the board in handling their matters. In particular, Peter Messina and Hannah Feliciano, along with Doug and Mathew Wilson have been wonderful to work with. If you are looking for a professional team to assist you with association management, please consider AMI.

We were with another management company for several years and were not at all satisfied with their performance. We were looking to switch and requested the opinions of our atty., many of our vendors and our accountant. AMI's name constantly came up. We interviewed with Doug Wilson (the owner) and as a board decided to make the switch. AMI helped to make the transition extremely smooth for both the board and our residents, and we have not looked back. AMI has helped us save money by allowing us their use of their conference room for meetings, they constantly keep us up to date on legal issues that may affect our community and they respond to our resident's concern immediately.

They have a list of vendors that they use for any concern that may rise and that has saved us as a board a lot of time. I feel that with AMI you get not only a CAM but also a team that stands behind them with support for any situation that may come up. As a board president, I can confidently say that AMI has more than exceeded our expectations.
