Advantage Pointe Properties takes on some of the burden of owning rental homes in today's real estate market and announces their graduated commission rate structure. In our continuing effort to reduce our owners' cost of maintaining residential rental properties, Advantage Pointe Properties introduces a new and unique graduated commission rate structure. Most property management agencies and companies charge the owners of the rental properties they manage a percentage of the monthly rent collected.

You, as the consumer, are responsible for interpreting the validity and/or integrity of any information obtained through any link or resource contained herein. Maintenance requests are submitted through your Tenant Portal. In the event of an emergency maintenance request such as major leak or lack of heat, please call us directly at (505) 205-1581, if during normal business hours, or at (505) 977-5205 outside of normal business hours. If necessary, please leave a message and we will return your call within the hour. For major water leaks that cannot be stopped by turning of a supply line valve to a toilet or faucet, there is likely to be a general shut-off valve located in the laundry room or somewhere along the front wall of the garage - usually near the hot water heater but not necessarily.

Helpful Hint: Once on the MLS® page, change the 'Property Type' to Residential Rental and specify other criteria to narrow your search for a rental home that meets or approximates your needs.
