Work orders are quickly completed, they keep the heat on, and are reasonable. I highly recommend renting from them

What a disaster, fire in the building on Wednesday, everything in my apartment smells terrible and I am told to stay somewhere else, Thursday I am told by the apartment manager this I need to start a new electricity account in order to have my power turned back on. God knows when I can return. Worst yet they made no effort for the tenants to get items during the weekend. What a terrible group of people. I am extremely upset

After some confusion regarding our lease and rent, Albany Management responded to and addressed all of my concerns. We were able to amend the lease to my satisfaction and address any confusion I had about rent. I appreciate their professionalism and flexibility throughout our process in addressing these issues. I am in the process of expanding, and I will first look to Albany Management to meet my growing business's needs.

If you are looking to find a place for your business and want to work with them for a reasonable lease, I think they may have the ideal location and setup for you. I would recommend considering them for your services.

I been living at Dutch Village for 4+ years now. Initially, it was just me and my wife but two years ago we had a baby boy. I'll start out by saying while living at Dutch Village I did not encounter any major issues with Property Management. It was not until I moved out I saw, Dutch Village true nature. I still don't know if this is a case of discrimination or the "big" Property Management company trying to screw over the tenant or a bit of both.

But here's my story, we moved out of Dutch Village end of April. During the pandemic, I lost my job, my wife was fortunate enough to get her old job back (which she left to take care of the baby two years ago) and we were able to make ends meet during this difficult time. But things were still proving to be difficult so we decided to move back with my parents in NYC.

We left two weeks before May but I comeback last weekend of April to clean and take the last few stuff remaining. This is where the problem begins, Dutch Village is claiming that we damage the apartment extensively and therefore not only kept our deposit of $1,200 but on top charged us an additional $3,000. They send us proof, which I have attached to this review so you could judge for yourself [Note: The black hardwood was there before we moved in].

I am not claiming we left the apartment spotless, this was our home for four-plus years, we raised a child. So it is natural that there will be some wear and tear. Some writing on the wall, some dirty in hidden cabinets. What I can't fathom is how does that equates to $4,200 worth of charges. By all means, take our deposit that's fair but how are you going to charge $3,000 extra for things that would not cost that much to fix.

I tried and I think I was a model tenant during my stay with Dutch Village, I paid all my rent in a timely manner, even during one of the most difficult times in our life. I did not expect this from Dutch Village, when we called and talk to them their response was basically to threaten us says if we don't pay the $3000 they will put it to collection within 11 days (11 days!).

This is heartbreaking during a global pandemic these companies are trying to bully and steal from people who are just trying to make ends meet. We will either have to find a way to pay or let it ruin our credit making it difficult to do anything else in the future. But the least we could do is share our story so you could judge for yourself.

Critical: Quality, Responsiveness South Parkwood ViIlage buildings are FILTHY from the outside, and although I keep requesting power washing, and keep being promised it will happen, it NEVER does. My white siding is brown. It is unacceptable and even embarrassing to the rental manager.

I have been leasing space for my business for 16 years from Albany Management. I have negotiated a number of leases, which always seemed to end fair with both sides satisfied. There staff is great, hard working, helpful and courteous. Whenever I had an issue or a request I always felt I was listened too and responded too in a timely manner. The building is always being cleaned and well maintained.

The buildings at S. Parkwoood Drive are filthy on the outside. I have loved living here, but after repeatedly requesting power washing, it has never happened. It's embarrassing to even have company anymore. The white siding is brown. It is just unacceptable.

S. Parkwood Apartment complex is a jewel surrounded and buried in a sea of other/newer cold "cookie cutter" apartments. I have lived here since 11/15. Due to health issues, I could no longer live alone in my 200 yr old home. My daughter found these apartments. Unlike the "cookie cutter" apartments these apartments have large private brick. covered patios with wide ledges to put your plants on. AND.your "fur people" are welcome!

How many apartments welcome your animals? NONE! The staff and maintenance crew are GREAT! Problems are handled immediately. The grounds are like a forest with all kinds of wildlife, including wild turkeys. There are hiking paths to wander on. These apartments were built in the late 60's/early 70's (when builders knew how to build) but they are clean, large rooms and pleasant. Check them out!

I moved into Strawberry Ridge six months ago and find it is a great place to live. It's easily accessible from Fonda Rd and is close to suburban development, where I really enjoy walking my dog. The complex is more than accommodating with pets compared to other apartments I checked out when I was moving. Waterford itself is at a great location. between Clifton Park for shopping/food and Troy for a night out or the farmers market.

The downtown has a cute downtown and the library, Hannaford, and post office are all close by. People at SR are generally friendly, and the staff is easy to deal with. I haven't had any maintenance concerns besides a slow draining sink, which was fixed the same week.

If there was a half star or no star option, that's what I would have selected. Unfortunately, one star is as low as the rating allows.

Got scammed on a move out - they took my security deposit and demanded another $857 on top of it because they decided the carpet was "damaged" and replaced it for the entire apartment. They refused to do my move out inspection a and only claimed I would be charged a deep cleaning fee. Turns out they pulled this on my neighbors too - if you have pets, expect them to scam you out of whatever they can! Stay out!
