THE WORST MANAGEMENT COMPANY, they are more fixed on writing tickets then doing their job.plowing is in the management agreement but yet they have not plowed once this year or last. They annoy all the neighbored with their over ticketing, people are selling their houses to get away from this annoying company. Before you buy a house or rent make sure this company is not the management company.

The most terrible customer service and communication I have ever experienced. My parents live out of state and own a property in Winter Park that is managed by Allegiant Management. We had a discrepancy over a policy that was very unclear regarding the usage of an associated clubhouse. Throughout the discussions Debra Crouch at Allegiant Management treated me like a second class citizen, refusing to acknowledge Allegiant's role in the communication of the poorly written policy. Had she simply been courteous and empathetic it would have completely changed the interaction.

Instead she chose to hide behind the policy, make no concessions or accommodations to try to remedy the situation, and redirect all communications to my parents vs. back to me directly. As a result I would never recommend Allegiant Management to represent me or one of my properties. In this day and age of transparency where everything a business does can be scrutinized on social media I would think Allegiant Management would at least try to be courteous in how they communicate their policies and make accommodations for the families who own the properties they manage.

Terrible service. We booked a trip with them in August for 8 people. By the day of the trip we had 9. We got up to the mountain and checked in. I let the front desk know we had 9 and she sent us on our way. When we walked into the room we found it was a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment style room. Clearly not big enough for all of us. When I called to ask why they said they could not contact us because they didn't have my info.

I had given them my info in August. We then spent the next 4 hours on the phone trying to work things out. During that time. We were hung up on, told to quit being obnoxious and talked to 7 different people in the company before finally getting some relief. Granted it was shift change but we had called starting at 4pm. It would have been nice to deal with just one person.

Finally around 8pm they switched us to a cabin with a few different amenities than I had originally booked for (not ski in ski out and no Internet connection) but the place we were moved to was very nice. The next day we were given 3 ski passes (not sure why only 3, but it was a kind gesture). Later we went into town to go to the tree lighting ceremony only to find out the informational packet the company had given us listed the wrong times they also had places listed in the packet that were no longer open.

We ended up having a great vacation but it took a lot of work on our part to adjust and fight for what we paid for. In short I would not recommend using this company, vacation isn't supposed to be a hassle.
