Dear friends, clients, fellow brokers, SIORs and the broader commercial real estate industry at large, after more than 35 years I have decided to close Morris Southeast Group, a real estate services firm that my father Allen originated as an investment vehicle and asset management company for a group of investors from the Washington, D.C. area, where my family is from. Beginning in the 1980s we evolved the South Florida firm to offer brokerage services for landlords and tenants and also a property management operation.
