I recommend their services, they are very informative and they do accept EHV vouchers.

I'm writing them a two star because they have a $45 renters benefit package which is not a benefit to renters at all when you total that up that's over $500 a year extra that you're just giving someone for stuff you don't even need. It should be an option if you need those things or think you would need them then you can purchase it for $45 a month but to just add this on and make people pay it because they're in need of a property to rent is not fair I think this is a way for rent source to make money off of people and I wonder if the landlords know that they're adding this $45 packaging making the renters pay it. I believe they're taking too long to get the properties rented because a lot of people don't want to pay this $45 a month for this renter's benefit package

A complete rip-off they will make stories about stuff that you don't even need and charged every little thing they do, like $400 for repairing something that someone else will charge $150, so they outsource everything and add their comision. Bad business.

Rent source has managed multiple properties for me over the last decade. They are honest, candid, and have the owner's interests in mind, which has bode well for me in terms of tenant selection, maintenance and upkeep, and minimizing costly turnover. Feedback from the tenants has also been positive with few tenants electing to move upon lease expiration. Rent Source is the epitome of customer service and my go to for all things property management in the Antelope Valley.

In March of 2020 I signed up with RentSource to manage a single family home. Julie was great from the very beginning. Firstly, she helped me make the transition to Rent Source from another property manager. Secondly, our exiting tenant left the home in a rough and damaged state but Julie quickly took charge. Her and her team of contractors inspected the property right away and did all the necessary repairs to get the home repaired, cleaned and rentable again.

We were in the midst of the pandemic when the home was ready for market & Julie not only secured excellent tenants for us but still managed to get us a great rent price too. She continues to be available and supportive to all our property and management needs.

My experience with this company was great. From top to bottom I got all my questions answered. Anytime I had a question or concern I got immediate feedback and solutions. In particular I want to point out that the front desk clerk did an outstanding job answering my questions and directing me promptly and professionally to the proper property manager.

It is no wonder that with such great initial customer service the rest of my experience with Rent Source has been outstanding. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants amazing customer service and the least hassle.

We have had no problems getting our questions answered. The online service has proven to be efficient to pay rent, and all maintenance questions were addressed as soon as possible. We are very grateful to be able to have RentSource services at this time during Covid 19. All preventative measures have been taken to ensure we are healthy and at a safe distance when maintenance issues have arisen. The companies concerned have been most efficient to do the work, wear masks, practice social distancing, and keep themselves isolated where possible during the job. We are grateful to RentSource for their efforts to address our requests and ensure everyone is safe at this time.

RentSource was recommended to me by a friend who was also renting out their home. I've rented my condo out on two separate occasions with RentSource, and they've done a great job both times. They are knowledgeable, efficient, and fair. They are VERY thorough with both their pre- and post-rental photos, documenting virtually every square inch of the property, which protects both the tenant and owner.

Their maintenance team also does a great job of making repairs and tending to the general maintenance of the property. The whole staff is friendly and responsive. I've been so pleased with my experience that I recommended them to another friend, who is now also using RentSource to rent out their condo. Although my last tenant ended up being a bit of a bad apple, that was due to the tenant's dishonesty, and was no fault of RentSource's.

During that ordeal, while not required, they still provided me guidance on how to find a solution that was agreeable to both parties. I think that, overall, they do their best to match tenant and landlord requirements. The tenant I have now is awesome, and seems to be taking great care of my condo!
