Alpha Property Management & Rentals

I used Alpha to manage my property for several years. Found them to be unprofessional and not very knowledgeable. They allowed my tenants to not pay the rent for a long time. Of course I never received the back rent that I was owed.

I have rented from several people in the past. When I tell them something is wrong or needs to get fixed; it's always fixed within at least 2 days or less. I would recommend this company!

I moved in 2/1/20. I work nights. To make a long story short. I have several problems with the condo I rent. Even the manager of the company agreed that the unit was not cleaned. I gave a written list of all the things that needed to addressed back in April /May. I don't remember. My AC did not work correctly it had a freon leak. I have a mold problem, my windows are sealed shut, so much more.

I sent several emails as per the manager. I never got a return email or a return phone call. When I would call, i was told I have a guy coming out. Ok great when? It is now over a month later in October. Finally got a new AC unit. Mold was exposed while the new unit was installed. Called and sent emails with pictures to the manager at his request.

Still nothing. The property owner was spraying bleach on the mold and covering it up with drywall mud. So I called code enforcement. Now waiting to see what happens. I had a stroke back in June due to covid-19 complications. I am unable to move nor have the extra to move. I do like the unit and would like to stay. Just fix what needs to be fixed as per code ordinance. But I would not recommend this agency.

I absolutely love these people! I have been renting from them for a few months and they have been great we had some issues in the home (ceiling fans, carpet, etc.) and they kept in contact and sent maintenance people ASAP! If you have a plumbing issue they send plumbers, carpets they send carpenters! Not just one handy man! I would recommend this place to anybody!

They were great to work with. Very fast overall. On time for the appointment to show me the house, and way faster and better with communication, faster with the background, credit check, and income verification than other property managers I've worked with. Overall just made it nice and easy to get into a great house.

They take to long doing background check blaming you(your references)for their wasted time. Dottie as a agent should have an understanding of all different forms of income and how to read them. They took so long to approve me I had to move on. I feel sorry for the people they are representing. They are the ones loosing due to the negligence.

We have been renting a house in lake Alfred for 10 years from Alpha Properties and have had nothing but a great experience. Dottie Rowe and her staff are always professional. When something breaks they fix it. Never had an issue. What these people are saying is simply NOT true. I would not still be here 10 years later if there was any problems. Trust me.if you pay your rent there are no problems and when something breaks all it takes is one call and problem solved.

These people are so unprofessional about everything! They don't fix anything when asked. I've had my AC broken for a month and it still broken. This was my first experience in Florida and it definitely did not leave a great impression. If I could rate them less than a one star it would be more sufficient.

If I could give a lower rating I would! My fiance and I have waited over 2 months to have our A/C fixed in our apartment. It's a constant high 80's or 90's in our apartment and we have 2 small children. After multiple phone calls and complaining I finally got my A/C fixed. They are very unprofessional I even got an email from Dottie the lady who shows the homes that read "Thanks for the update.

The uncooperative tenants always mean & groan & blame everyone else as usual". The whole staff is very unprofessional and rude. I wouldn't recommend renting from these people EVER
