Terrible customer service. I emailed them 5 times and did not receive one response. It took 5 times to call as well before they finally answered. They did not deliver in their timeline given and when I spoke with them they were rude and wouldn't even let finish my sentence. Do not recommend dealing with them.

If I could give AMGI a zero I would. I have lived at my property for 20+ years and we've had them as property management twice. This is the second time. It began raining in my home on January 16, 2020 as a result of a patio that is graded wrong. After filing a BBB complaint, State Attorney General complaint, Texas Real Estate Commission complaint and ultimately contacting code compliance, my issue was finally taken care of on August 16, 2020. Zero follow up.

No transparency. Poor communication. Accounting is horrible as I've paid my HOA dues consistently for the past few years and they had that I was 2 1/2 years behind. To the point the HOA president contacted me and I sent him every payment confirmation for the past 3 years. We recently had a property manager change from Ed Ambrose to Delores Rush. I'm hoping it gets better, but have no confidence or trust as communication is still lacking, there is not transparency and our property is in disarray though some of us pay over $400 a month such as myself and others are paying over $500.

The HOA secretly purchased one of the units without the owners knowledge and using HOA funds to upkeep the unit as well as pay the property taxes on it. If you're looking for a property management company AMGI isn't it. The owner is also a piece of work - Bill Johnson.

Absolutely Horrible experience. Not sure what's happening but I've been reaching out to Delores (manages the property) a little over 2.5 weeks asking for assistance with rodents nesting on my roof. My recent emails have gone unanswered. At this point I'm at a lost. Not sure who to turn to. In the meantime I'm expected to continue paying my HOA fees. Someone have any suggestions?

Rude and Nasty, is more like it. In front of a lot of people Mary told one lady to shut up and deal with it, and this lady owns a condo there. The place is filthy. The management group and HOA do nothing to improve the conditions. They do NOT manage the complex, they run it like a prison. Complain about something and they now have you on the $100 fine list and will make up something. Bullies is the word, just wanting to ruin someones day.

Here is some pics, ill save some for next review. The mail area is nasty and dark. Bulletin Board shattered for years and still an old memo, ALMOST 9 YEARS OLD. Dirt all over the walls and boxes. spider webs, bugs and trash. LAZY! The Pool lock only works from the inside key hole so reaching through the bars is lame for a 20 dollar fix Its been that way now for 3 seasons.

Hot Tub still broke, again 3 years. No pool furniture, no tables in the park, no BBQ pits, No Dog run, No weight room, and no laundry facility. Lights have been shot out so dangerously dark. People with trash cans, boxes and bags of empty beer cans on patios to raise the roaches we all love. Parking lot has pot holes throughout and HOA says they paid 1000's for repairs. Signs laying in the grass asking to pick up dog poop.

President of HOA parks her family business 18 wheeler in site around back so she wont get towed or fines at her condo down the street. How is this property management or this coalition still operating? Where is the monthly funds going? There is more, ill save it for next review.

Completely unprofessional, many ignored emails. You were lucky to get someone on the phone.

I worked with the Property Manager Linda and she was extremely rude. A charge of $325 was incorrectly put on my statement and when I called to info her she said I called and requested a service and they billed me. I informed her no work has been done to my property and I had not requested any electrical work for my property. She then told me she was busy and didn't have time for what I was talking about and hung up in my face.

I called back and asked for a supervisor Suzanne got on the phone after I was on hold 30 mins and she was able to find out they billed the wrong unit I wasn't my unit that received the service. I was very appreciative of Suzann taking the time to get to research. That Linda needs to find a new profession because she is horrible in her current role

Awful- unresponsive and unprofessional. I asked to speak to a supervisor 3 or 4 times and they couldn't oblige me. No surprise there since our heat hasn't worked for two months and they can barely respond to those concerns.
