Please avoid doing business with Ambassador Property Mgmt as they are extremely unethical and untrustworthy. The are not willing to work with the investor if there is a problem, they are unwilling to provide outside documentation of work done, however collect fees for work that hasn't been done. Also have collected funds from vulnerable tenant for services not rendered.

They are shady, unreliable, untrustworthy, they should have their license revoked.
If it is not "comfortable" for them to talk to you, they will just ignore you, not answer your phone calls or reply to emails.
