Literally horrible. Haven't even rented through them yet & they are all lazy horrible people with insane attitude for doing their job. I called a few months ago about a property I was interested in & they never reached back out after several calls over several days; but the time they finally answered the phone it was too late because someone had rented out the property I was looking at.
They suggested next time I just apply for the house without calling to ask questions.( when is the earliest move in date) (security deposit) etc. I call again about a different property that was posted just a few minutes ago on different site but it is not up on their actual website. Numerous call/messages/ holds/ and finally after 2 hours they answer just to tell me the same thing again. "Just apply" witch is ridiculous seeing as you'll pay $35 non refundable per person for 1 property your interested in. And that place has been taken but they are more than whiling to take your money anyways. 0 stars people. Get into a shelter before you fall for this scam.

Such a bad experience. The lack of communication between members in the office was incredibly unprofessional. I was being told one thing from one person and something different from another. I was just about to pay for my application and was told the house I was applying for had been rented. It was a complete waste of my time and so glad it wasn't a waste of my money!
