Anderson Property Management Inc. was founded 1981. The business is owned and operated by Ann D. Taylor; she currently serves as the Property Manager in Charge. Ann D. Taylor has been with Anderson Property Management Inc. since its organization in 1981. Over the 31 years we have been in business, we have grown from a company managing 67 properties to company managing approximately 1000 properties and serving over 500 owners in four different Counties in the Upstate of South Carolina while maintaining a 92% occupancy rating or better.

DO NOT RENT 504 Concord Avenue! House is poorly insulated, your power bill will be outrageous. Running AC on 66 but house doesn't cool below 74 in hot months other than at night. Water pressure is minimal and worse if any other water is running simultaneously. Owners will come inside your house while your not there. House stays full of ants. Chipmunks and squirrels run through the walls of the house.

And you won't get your deposit back regardless of fulfillment of duties upon leaving. This property isn't rented through APM they're just contracted to get tenant for owners to take over. DO NOT RENT!

Don't rent from them, unless you enjoying moving often. This company likes to sell houses from under renters, show up unannounced for inspections, and even go against the desires of the homeowners. Bad business, just like so many in SC.

Oh no stay away you sign a contract to rent here but the owners break the rules and don't adhere to the contract

I've never had a place want me to pay a full year of rent plus deposit because of my grandfather's age. That way incase he should of had any health issues then they would still have the rent money. It would have been over 18,000 dollars.

A month a go my wife and I made separate calls to this place to offer our properties to rent through this service, although the receptionist were nice, we did not get one call back from any of the property managers. For a bussiness that relies on communication you guys are terrible at it. How do you gather new bussiness is a mystery to me. I am glad we never listed our properties for If you can't even call back a future customer you can expect terrible things from any future relation. Calling your future customers back is bussiness 101.

To the owner of the old north church road apartment. Thanks for evicting my daughter who has depression and anxiety. It's taking everything her mother and I to calm her down. 12/30/19. All because you had to spend a little money on replacing the ac unit. Ask the nice ladies in the office what I said about you.

With beautiful rentals all over the Anderson & surrounding area, you're almost sure to find one on just about any budget. Great office staff will make sure you're taken care of and answer any of your questions. We had a great experience, and all of our needs were met in timely fashion. Don't wait long though, these rentals go fast. And you won't find a better rental company. Thanks APM.

I had a great experience with Anderson property management. I lived in one of their loacations for a year and had no issues. When I moved in the house, it was spotless, and everything worked. A few months later In the dead of summer my AC went out, I called after hours and they answered and sent someone that night. They had the problem fixed and it was easy and hassle free.

I cut my grass and trimmed bushes, paid on time every month, and left the house clean and in the same condition I found it. It was a pleasure dealing with APM. Occasionally it was a struggle to get a hold of them by phone, but I do realize that I am not their only customer and they have other people, houses, and problems to attend to. They returned my calls quickly or I would call again and they would answer.

I do recommend them and some of the bad reviews should be taken with a grain of salt. If you pay on time, take care of the place, and leave it how you found it, you too will have a good experience and receive your deposit back.

TL;DR: Disorganized, and blame shifting As a homeowner, they make it all sound so good and that they have this whole thing figured out. It's a lie. We were thankful when our business with them was finally concluded. We had a great tenant but that's about the only thing they did right. From the listing all the way to the end, things were wrong. We provided them with nice pictures to use in the listing and until they could take their own (without our stuff).

They waited a long time to list our property and it took them even longer to take their own and update the listing. We told them about 6 months in that we would not be renewing and would be selling the house. We told them in plenty of time but they failed to give the tenant 90 days notice. I sent several emails and calls to verify that they were aware of this as the deadline got closer.

Despite acknowledging this, they still acted like we hadn't told them (remember I had this in writing) after we attempted to confirm AGAIN that the tenant was aware about a month before. Our property was handed off to at least three different people during the course of 1 year. MONTHS later and they are still sending us mail to the wrong address after they mailed returned keys to the correct address.

I am going to join the never ending echo of other reviewers.and concur that these are some of the rudest ladies you will ever meet. The way they act is beyond ridiculous. I have been renting the same place from them for over 9 years.but that doesn't keep them from treating me like ignorant trailer trash every time I am dumb enough to have contact with them. Update September 2017: Some time after posting this I had to call the office for help with an issue.

A lady named Patsy handled the call, and mentioned to me that she had seen the review. She asked me what had happened to cause me to leave a negative review. After having an extended conversation with her about the various encounters over the years that had led to me leaving the negative review, Patsy told me that she was very sorry for what had happened.

She asked me to please ask for her personally anytime that I needed anything. Since that original conversation, I have had to contact Patsy many times for help with rental related issues. She has been extremely helpful and gone above and beyond in her efforts. Not only that, but the other staff members have been very helpful and courteous as well.and have also gone above and beyond to help me.

I have mixed emotions with Anderson Property Management. They were slow on returning calls and emails. I never needed any major maintenance while I was renting from them, so slow wasn't horrible, just annoying. I attempted to transition to another property of theirs, but did not find what I was looking for and wound up leaving. I worked with Ashton for my transition out and she was super nice and helpful even thought I was leaving. If you call them, ask for her! I can't say enough nice stuff about Ashton! She was awesome!

I have rented from Anderson Property Management for several years, they have been nothing but professional and helpful. Maintenance issues have been handled promptly and efficiently. As far as Joey's comment about working there for one day, that made me laugh out loud. As far as I know, they have never had any male employees work in the office not even for one day. I have always been treated with the utmost respect.
