I've had the worst experience here and I only take care of an older lady that lives in a building they manage. Do not rent from them at all. Tried talking to an apex worker in the parking lot and he completely ignored me like to my face and walked away. super disgusting attitude. Then, the lady proceeded to tell me they had a BED BUG PROBLEM. and then I go online to see so many other people complaining of bed bugs!

Super disrespectful and these guys are definitely sketchy. Then I guess the owner of APEX management pulled up in his BMW and saw me confused as to where I should park because the first worker ignored me and the "boss" drove away. Now the lady I take care of is telling me that the laundry machines in the building don't even rinse or dry the clothes correctly which is terrible.

I have been a tenant in The Legacy Building for over 9 years. Apex management took over managing this property in I believe January 2020. Mark is the property manager, my contact, and has always been very responsive, professional and friendly. He always follows up with any concern. I would highly recommend and trust this company with this staff, to manage my property.

The management company is very professional and the customer portal is very easy to use. Apex also provides a great iphone app to manage your account which I find extremely useful. Jaime is a pleasure to work with and always very responsive. I would recommend using this Management company.

The communication provided by the company is top notch. I never felt like I would be left without a response or someone addressing my needs in a timely fashion. Maintenance was efficient and well done!

We have been tenants in the Legacy building since 2016. There were issues until Apex Management took over. Mart Atkinson is extremely professional and responsive (even on weekends!). Any problem was dealt with immediately. The building is nicely decorated, clean, rent is extremely reasonable. Another great feature is the more than ample parking. There are actually three lots to choose from. The Legacy building is located in a safe location and I give Apex 5 STARS for their hard work striving to constantly make improvements. They are a pretty good property management. I have a girl assigned to my building - Jamie who is awesome. I text her any problems and they deal with it. They offer online free automatic payments so I don't have to worry about mailing or dropping off a check. They are pretty fair. In the past there were issues but like someone else said it could of been the landlord not wanting to pay so they didn't approve the management co to proceed.

The absolute worst! Maintenance crew are useless and give you a mad face and act rude when you ask for help. They rent out the garages below 2nd floor apartments to construction businesses who make noise all night and park vans blocking residents. If a friend parks in their lot they put 12x12 stickers on their windows in front of the driver's view even though they are allowed to park there at night to visit.

This is by far the absolute worst company to rent from! $1,300.00 and heat included when 2 bedrooms and the bathroom have had no heat all winter! Disgusting laundry room so make sure you look at that before you find out after you signed a year lease that only 1 dryer works and the basement is never kept just like the shared yard and entry. A tenant across the hall from me broke in to my apt and apex manager Dawn Snyder had no answers as to when the new doors were being ordered or if the tenant still had keys to her apt and common entry.

Break in happened on 1/5 it is now Feb 11th and no doors fixed. Plus side for some they allow pit bulls, negative side if you live below a a large playful dog with owners who work second shift. Not only is it poorly managed and maintained they just simply do not care about their tenants or even care who they let rent from them so you are not safe here.

Single 31 year old female and I thought the price to live here would be well worth it but was wrong and April 30th can't come soon enough! Seeking legal help due to their new owners being lawyers and wanting to break my lease early. Extremely disappointed and wish I wouldn't known what I was signing up for. Save yourself the trouble.oh and there was a bed bug problem :/

We had issues with the previous leadership of the company but the business was recently purchased so this rating is based on new ownership and what is clearly a well engaged and reasonable new owner with concrete plans for improvement. I'd still suggest, as I would with any vendor, being very clear and have documented expectations to avoid future problems but I wouldn't have any hesitations with working with new ownership team.

Apex has managed several of our buildings for the past couple years and we have been extremely pleased with the customer service as well as request time for maintenance issues. They handle every aspect of management from collection of rent to eviction of tenants. They are very knowledgeable with regard to making the properties more efficient and are able to rehab and turn the apartments very efficiently. They made the life of a landlord hassle free. We highly recommend hiring APEX to manage your property.
