Say goodbye to your deposit. You will never get it back. They will make up imaginary things to charge you. These people don't care about bad reviews but hopefully this prevents someone from making the mistake of signing a lease with them.

NOT Boise friendly. My 20 year old sons were denied approval because they hadn't rented anywhere before. They each have over $20,000 in their bank accounts. they both have good jobs. We have been part of the community for 50 years and offered to cosign for them. These people said that they don't recognize our family as Idahoans. Rude and self entitled. Reccommend you stay away.

The entire Apex team is the most professional management firm I've ever worked with in my nearly 15 years as a real estate investor. They provide great value & transparent pricing to manage rental properties, which helped me justify holding onto my home in Boise, ID despite living in a different state. I highly recommend them for your property management needs!

If I could put less than one star, I would. These people are con artists. What they promote on their Website. Their properties are dumps, but they promote them as in pristine order. Management is uneducated and unprofessional. If you are looking for a place to rent, look elsewhere. Save yourself money and aggravation!

We had a phenomenal experience with APEX. Not only did they find us an investment property to purchase (being out of state) but also managed it for over 2 years without a single issue. The rental income exceeded our expectations as they put quality renters in the home who took good care and paid top dollar. 2 1/2 years later when the time came to sell they found us a buyer and we sold the property without a hitch! I can definitely recommend them hands down.

My wife and I have been using Apex to manage our properties for over a year and I have nothing but great things to say about these guys. They're organized, professional and they've done an amazing job at responding quickly when something pops up. Great people and very happy to be in good hands.

Apex Property Management has made owning a rental painless! Everyone is so professional and nice. They stay on top of everything and take care of it all. I have never met a more unprofessional person than Julie from Apex. She made the entire experience while renting for the last 2 years a total nightmare. We were prefect renters and she still found a way to ruin our experience with her terrible treatment of the tenants. Never again. I would stay clear away from Apex as a company until Julie is gone.

We worked with Julie. She was a B!+#. It was all good until my husband got a promotion out of state and we had to break our lease agreement. Julie suddenly tuned to the dark side. She said "we couldn't break our lease" then she said "ok, it just can't be the first of the month" after going rounds with her it was discovered that she was going to be out of town and didn't want the hassle of turning our house.

She then told us that she could come out to our property to take pictures and post it 2-3 weeks later. No lady not happening. We gave our 30 days notice. we actually gave 45. So I had to post the house for the property management company myself! Give me a break, do your job. The owner had wanted to raise our rent anyway so it was a blessing to her that we were leaving.

So they kept our $1,100 deposit. And we had to pay $150 to break our lease. I found new renters! Yay! But it wasn't until they paid their deposit that Julie said they weren't moving in till the middle of the month and that we were responsible for all of those days- even though they were replacing the carpets and touching up the place- cleaning and whatnot.

We did not get a couple "turn around days" instead we paid another $750 until the new renters could move in. As I was doing the walk through Julie proceeded to tell me that we were also under contract to pay any kind of cleaning fee and repairs. I looked in the lease agreement. NOT IN THERE. I left the place spotless and in better condition than when we had moved in.

Last but not least our electric bill was through the roof the 20 days we were not in our home! I'm thinking Julie told the carpet guys to pretend it's winter in the middle of summer and to go ahead and leave the doors open when you're there. Awesome. Thanks. Apex, you totally suck and your staff really sucks. Thanks for making our move out hell.

Apex Property Management is wonderful to work with! They send over their work orders promptly and with all the necessary information for us to contact their client and get the work done for them. Julie is always quick to respond to our bids and inquiries, and seems to take very good care of her clients. We are happy to have a business relationship with Apex!

We have rented a home from Apex property management solutions for the last 5 years. Julie and her team were amazing to work with. Julie was courteous and professional. she allowed us the space to live life as if we owned the place and when we had to report a problem she was on top of it and without question. The contractors Apex uses for repairs and maintenance were available in a timely manner and great about working around our schedules.

We bought a home this year and when we gave Julie our notice we were met with a great attitude. We received our deposit back within the 30 days as per our lease and without hassle. My husband and I feel blessed to have found Apex. We would highly recommend renting with Apex.

I have rented a home with Apex as the property managers for the last two years while I have lived in Boise. They are quick to respond and professional. I had leased my home in Arizona and wish I had Apex as my property managers there! Each time I call or email, I have no issues getting ahold of someone and having my issues or questions answered and taken care of promptly.

I have never noticed any unprofessional behavior from the staff nor felt like I was a bother, even when I had to change a walk through time with them 4 times due to my schedule. I highly recommend Apex Property Management!
