After a truly horrific experience with another property manager, I'm so thankful to have found Sam and Matt. I live out of state and now have total peace of mind when it comes to the management of my two properties. These guys are timely in their responses to myself and my tenants, mindful of our budgets, and just really easy to work with overall. I have a dear friend who mistakenly rented from this horrible company. She is in her 60's and they have threatened to evict her because they don't want to be bothered to meet the HOA requirements on one of their homes to keep the yard trimmed up and tidy. I hope they feel good about being so cheap that they feel a 60 year old woman with arthritis should be climbing ladders and trimming bushes. This is NOT a spam reply. I have the right company. I stand by what I've said.

AQM is honestly the best property management company is Albuquerque. I have worked with dozens of others both professionally and personally. The owners really know what they are doing, are easy to work with, and quick to solve any issues that may arise. I am forever grateful to Sam and Matt at AQM! They, literally, were available 24/7. They answered every question and met with me whenever I needed. Even though they are both very busy, they were never too busy for me. They made me feel like I was their only client. I really do not believe I would have made it through this bumpy home buying experience without them. Financial was a nightmare and they advocated for me 100% of time. The best team out there for sure!
