Arbor Pointe Apartments

It is very nice apartments inside and out that got a nice small pool and like every apartment seems like they look different so I like that too

My name is Kevin Stinson and I have lived in Arbor Pointe for the past 10years. I love it here for the following reasons.1. Cost of this apt is so inexpensive. The cost of of a similarl apt in northern NJ where I had lived would be double the price. 2 Security. I have always felt safe an secure here. I never has a security issue in 10 years. 3. The quality of the apt is outstanding., clean bright, quiet and modern appliances. 4. Parking.

I always get to park directly in front of my apt.at all hours. 5. Great location to stores, recreation spots, leisure activities and medical resources. 6 Easy access to major roads and highwaysand public transportation. 7. Great maintenance dept. who are quick and efficient, and do quality work 8. Great staff in the office and in management I. always find them polite and respectful. 9.

The grounds are beautiful. Trees, flowers and birds create a peaceful setting. 10 The neighbors are wonderful also. A nice diversity of friendly and caring people and I have made a lot of friends. In conclusion this is a wonderful place and I hope to be here for many years. and would recommend it to friends Kevin Stinson -3106 Acacia St

Been living here for over 2 years and have yet to have any problems. Management knows what they are doing, keep in touch with you, email updates about the community and are very respectful and understanding. Online payments and maintenance requests help keep things accessible, easy to go over and convenient. You do have to pay a $1.95 fee when paying online to use your bank account but it's worth it for the convenience.

Scheduled a viewing online, showed up to my appointment and the office was closed. There was also another gentleman attempting to visit the office, he also stated he called multiple times with no response. At the time of my appointment I called multiple times and emailed with no response as well. I even waited past my appointment time because I understand someone may have stepped out or may have been running late, however no one ever showed. Business must be doing well if they can afford to snub potential residents, not a good look. Will not be reconsidering this place if this is the way the property is managed.

We had a good experience living at Arbor Pointe for close to 2 years. The staff has been always courteous to us. The place is quiet generally and is close to stores and the mall. The only downsides are that the downstairs apartments can hear people walking on upstairs apartment and depending on the neighbor it can be disturbing. The appliances can use upgrades and the balcony is useless since it has slots in the deck and rain and dirt from above apartment can fall into the deck.

Do not waste your money! We recommended our sister to live at arbor pointe hoping to get the refer a friend $250 one-time credit on our next months bill. We have been living with arbor pointe for almost two years now, so we are loyal to them when continuing our lease. The office told us, because our sister did not check the box, referred by_____, they cannot honor the refer a friend credit. THEY MAKE HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS A YEAR and cannot just fix the paper application that our sister overlooked. Needless to say, WE ARE NOT RENEWING OUR LEASE IN MARCH FOR A THIRD YEAR. They lost a valued resident for their cheaply made apartments with paper thin walls and badly insulated windows and old appliances.

I live in this complex. Peaceful place, love it. There are issues like bugs etc., SO. The place is near a creek and thick wooded area. Bugs and critters are expected. You learn to avoid, put them out and let them live and learn to co-exist.

So far have lived here since Feb when we first going to move in the apt we were going to move into flooded was told a three week wait. The office staff worked with us to find another place yes it was on a different street. In the end the apt is better more room love I can see into a yard it's still a first floor apt. I had sold my dads house and had to be out.

Yes when we moved in there were problems that took a week to fix my main problem was electrical the office and staff worked to fix ASAP. It's pretty nice every apt place has problems it's apts, not a house you all just have to get along I love it

For the Past 7 years I Lived off of Bentwood Court, My Friend and I enjoyed the stay & were very Happy. The staff is very Helpful and Maintenance is very Friendly. When we needed work done on the Apartment we have had no problems. I would recomend my friends to live here. Ed Lynch
