I would highly recommend Payam and the Arizona Property Management & Investment group. I have been renting with them going on a year and just renewed. The team has gone above and beyond during my time here, so much that I am now looking to use him to purchase my future home. All maintenance requests have been answered promptly and resolved. Working in the property management field, I know how difficult this business can be. The team is doing a fantastic job. 10/10

We have used them for years to manage our rental homes. Payam is the best.

Very scummy. Does not repair or replace anything. They only work with companies that fix nothing. I have photos from the time of move in and move out. We left the property in better condition than when we moved in. They still kept the deposit and requested more than $1000 for additional "repairs". I'm contacting the health department, an attorney, and the BBB.

Not to mention, the property owner's relatives moved in less than 5 days after we moved out. Residents of the condos are already complaining about the new tenants. Owner was supposed to repair multiple things more than a year before we moved out and never did. The move out inspection shows basically the exact same thing that is listed on the move in checklist. We will not pay you for things that were supposed to be repaired during residency.

Had my place with them for 3 yrs, when time to sell David porter helped me sell quickly, would highly recommend these guys

Arizona Property Management has been managing our rental for almost 5 years. Over that time they always been very responsive and open when ask questions or dealing with issues. When we decided to sell they were again on top of it. They knew the trades to get the house spruced up to get us top dollar. It was a pleasure working with the team at Arizona Property Management.

Extremely frustrating company who is quick to take your money and in turn are extremely rude, condescending, unprofessional, unorganized and lack communication (owner, Payam, and property manager, Cynthia Smith). I've rented several homes and by this property management is the only one I've had multiple issues with. If any of my employees spoke to a customer the way Cynthia did to me I would have fired them on the spot.

From a tenants perspective. I just wanted to say after 8 years. APMI never failed to make sure we were taken care of. We received quick responses and courteous service. Thankyou for Many years of good service and For assisting us with the purchase of our new home.

David with Arizona Property Management & Investments went above and beyond to help us find a rental. We were moving to Arizona from out of state which made looking for a rental a bit difficult but David was willing to check out properties, FaceTime or send listings and photos of any property we asked. He was quick to respond and very professional. I would definitely recommend him!

I have been renting a house for over 7+ years from Arizona Property Management. The experience has been wonderful. They have a great online portal, a detailed rent payment ledger, all work orders are logged in & dated with their complete dates, all requests or questions are logged in & dated plus all lease agreements and documents are instantly available online.

The staff is caring and dedicated to their tenants and they treat you like family. From the brokers, to the desk, property managers, real estate agents, to maintenance all have conducted themselves professionally. Their courtesy and their response time to any questions or requests have been the best I've ever had. I would recommend them to anyone.
