Initial market assessment of rental income was a bit optimistic, but company was good at getting showings, verifying applicants, and selecting a reliable tenant. When there are issues, they are responsive and have tons of reasonably-priced resources to address issues quickly and effectively. The best part is automated paperwork. It's conveniently online, deposits occur like clockwork with accurate accounting, rental contract & taxes are taken care of with various cities, and they provide all your tax paperwork as well. All of this for a reasonable monthly fee.

We have been with Ashford Management Services for a couple of years now and are REALLY HAPPY with their service. We were new at this rental property thing and very unsure about how everything worked and how to even start. We asked for their help and they took over and handled and MANAGED LITTERALLY EVERYTHING for us. They have a top notch tenant qualification process so everything moves really smoothly and works great for both the tenant and the landlord. It has been a great experience for us all around and we highly recommend their services.

Kim F. is awesome. Very on top of things and took a load of work off our hands. Well worth the money. We had heard so many bad stories about management companies, so we went in skeptical. But Ashford Management found us a renter very quickly and even though there were several BIG issues with our rental home (as it is an older home and we were not surprised by them), we were able to stay hands off, and Ashford took care of all the logistics. I'm sure our tenants have been happy with them as well.
