Initial market assessment of rental income was a bit optimistic, but company was good at getting showings, verifying applicants, and selecting a reliable tenant. When there are issues, they are responsive and have tons of reasonably-priced resources to address issues quickly and effectively. The best part is automated paperwork. It's conveniently online, deposits occur like clockwork with accurate accounting, rental contract & taxes are taken care of with various cities, and they provide all your tax paperwork as well. All of this for a reasonable monthly fee.

We have been with Ashford Management Services for a couple of years now and are REALLY HAPPY with their service. We were new at this rental property thing and very unsure about how everything worked and how to even start. We asked for their help and they took over and handled and MANAGED LITTERALLY EVERYTHING for us. They have a top notch tenant qualification process so everything moves really smoothly and works great for both the tenant and the landlord. Kim is a great communicator and is exceptionally knowledgeable. She is able to easily address any situation, too! My experience with Chrys is that she is professional and down to business. I feel very comfortable with Ashford and recommend Ashford if you are looking for property management or rentals! I must say, that coordinating with these talented, experienced women has been one of the easiest things to do when it comes to taking care of of properties, as they are so responsive!

I would highly recommend Ashford Management Services to any rental property owner. I am always skeptical about dealings in the business world, but from the beginning the agents of Ashford showed that were looking out for my best interests and earned my trust. I have friends who are experienced landlords, and they tell me that a significant percentage of would-be tenants in the Valley are scam artists, so I would never advise inexperienced rental property owners to conduct their own screenings or property management it's just too risky.
I never had any trouble with the tenants screened by Ashford, and, because of their expertise, could not have asked for a better investment property owning experience. Real estate is the best investment out there, and the peace of mind I got from using Ashford was very much worthwhile.
