We have been in the real estate industry since 1965. We are one of the few real estate offices that is exclusive to property management. That is important to you because our focus is 100% on property management.
Our tenants can expect that our experienced and courteous staff will go the extra mile to help you find just the right home for you. We have a wide variety of homes available for rent, whether it is an annual or seasonal lease. At AM&PM Rentals, we respect our tenants and we are here for you 24/7. We have an emergency phone number for any emergency that arises.
We fully screen all potential tenants and discuss with you the potential tenant for your home. We offer direct deposit for your rental proceeds. You will receive monthly statements along with end of the year reports. There will be no surprises from AM&PM Rentals. We have a repair/maintenance department that will contact you on all issues before work is performed.

This company came highly recommended to us to use for our rental property. They did do a good job of putting decent tenants in our property. The reason behind the 1 star rating is due to their lack of communication. We were never aware when the rent was due or when to expect it. Whenever we called there was always an excuse as to why it hadn't been deposited yet.
When during one month, rent was not received, we called to find out what was happening. They seemed surprised the rent had not been received and had no sense of urgency to find out why. After continuous follow up on our part, action was finally taken 20 days after the rent was originally due (after our persistence)! They never notified us a new tenant was moving in (again we had to call to find out) nor the tenant had moved out.
We finally collected the final months rent over 45 days after the tenant moved out. In my professional career, communication was always a top priority and I always worked with a sense of urgency. These are two things that do not seem to be a priority for this company. So, if communication and receiving payments on time are not of a concern to you, this is the company for you.
