I am hoping over the duration of our lease I can increase this rating however I don't feel confidant that will happen. The attitude and unwillingness to provide a professional response to simple move in question is incredible. Providing the incorrect utility companies, not replying to the move in inspection issues we found when they require us to response asap upon receiving keys, then telling my wife she can try the mailbox key they provided in every mail box to see which one is ours just tells you how unorganized this company is.

The sighs and immature response when the key didn't fit the 40+ mailboxes she tried just adds to the frustration. We cant be expected to forward our mail if we have no place to retrieve it. Looks like it's going to be a long year working with this company.

Elizabeth has been so wonderful during the process of getting us approved to rent one of their units. We haven't even moved in yet, but they have been very quick to respond and get back to us. They've been very prompt and kind to both myself and my husband during each conversation. These ladies have so much on their plate at one time, you can only expect them to do so much with time and what they are working with, (other companies or refrences). Thank you ladies!

I've rented from Associated Property Management for well over 3 years now, and have never had any issues with them. They not only are extremely responsive, but often times are willing to work above and beyond to ensure tenants are happy and the homes are in great condition. With the ability to pay rent easily online, easily submit maintenance requests, and keep track of all rent payments; There really couldn't be more convenience for the tenants (and owners for that matter). If you're looking for a great home, or want your properties managed by a team that cares, trust Associated Property Management.

Very unprofessional and not helpful to my situation, fairly condescending and rude. Had little information to provide me and was not great at doing their jobs. Ladies in the office were uninterested and and not friendly, I would think twice before applying with this management. Update: They will post your application information and details publicly as a response to a complaint and that is not legal.

Just goes to show you how unprofessional they work with their potential clients. I very highly recommend not applying with this company because of this experience I have had with them. Terrible management company, and terrible workers in the office. 0 Star review!

I was helping a client purchase a property with tenants in place, and the current owner had hired Associated Property Management (APM) to manage the property. During the course of our real estate transaction Elisabeth and her team were responsive to our requests for documents and access. They were professional and had great customer service.

Leased a unit for a little over a year that was reasonable for the size and area. After moving out I received a portion of my deposit and itemization for their withholding. I noticed they kept quite a bit for something that was an upgrade and not cleaning. The matter was handled within 5 business days despite my initial rude demeanor and they returned the remaining deposit to me. I really appreciated that the ladies in the office handled my complaint so professionally.

I wish there was a 0 star option. The worst application experience imaginable. Elizabeth Carranza is incompetent, unprofessional and rude. I had to explain to her how to read my paystub to correct her in thinking I didn't meet income requirements. I had to contact all of my previous rentals for her because she "couldn't reach them" yet when I contacted them, with the exact information I provided for her, there was no record of her attempt to reach them at all.

When I brought this to her attention I was essentially called a liar. She also placed a deadline (that the company doesn't actually have) for my application on MLK day, making it literally impossible to get information from companies that were obviously closed for the federal holiday. I am absolutely positive this HORRIBLE experience was because my registered Emotional Support Animal (for which I have all legally required paperwork) is part Pit Bull and she did not want to rent to me, but legally had to find any other reason to deny me. Elizabeth should be fired for her behavior and lack of ability. Edit: The company's response should prove the level of unprofessionalism. Sharing my application information on a public website.

Notice they did not respond to placing deadlines on a federal holiday or the inability to properly read my paystubs. I agreed multiple times to pay an extra deposit for lack of rental history yet my application was never sent to be processed so it didn't have a chance to be denied. Had I needed my application to be fully processed they also would have known there's also a complaint against the other resident who stalked me through the complex and got mad when my support animal did what she is trained to do, protect me when approached by someone who is threatening.

I also have proof that I was asked for 3 years of rental history, not 2, so clearly you cannot get your own policies correct and made me do more work than I had to. I have all the proof in the emails from Elizabeth that she did not process my application after she was told to. This is the ONLY company that has had any issue contacting my previous rentals and we applied to another home, that we got approved for without having to do a single thing for them, on the same day so clearly this company is the issue.

Critical: Professionalism, Value One staff that was communicating with us was very rude. They hold a big portion of deposit for carpet cleaning and move out cleaning while I've had hired professional cleaner for both. They charged 180$ for yard cleaning. That Yard was less than 300 sqft!

They managed a rental property for me for years, and it was not a good experience. They were always very friendly, but the management of our property could have been taken more seriously. Communication was also very difficult. Regular inspections should have been done. New carpet along with woodwork were damaged by a dog that shouldn't have been there. Hardware was added to the outside of the house.

A big above ground pool damaged most of the yard.a pool that really was not legal to be there due to liability. A firepit was built in the middle of the yard. These are all things that could have been caught and remedied, had the property management taken their job and our trust seriously. We were out thousands of dollars due to their negligence. Not an agency I would recommend.

I have been a customer of APMI for 4 years; I live out of state, and they manage a property for me in Hillsboro. They have always been extremely responsive, transparent in their practices, and supportive of both my property and the tenants I have been leasing the property to. They have a great network of contractors who have always been fair and reasonable in the estimates and when work was always completed it was always quickly and to my satisfaction.

The owner, Elisabeth, has a great attention to detail and incredible follow up when I had questions. She has helped to make the experience of renting my property a worry free pleasure, and I would highly recommend APMI for any of your property management needs.

I came to Associated Property Management with a bit of a mess on my hands and Elisabeth has been absolutely wonderful to work with. She was able to get my house cleaned up and put new tenants in within 1 week of all the repairs and maintenance that needed to be done. I do not know what I would have done without her and I recommend this company to anyone needing help with their property. They are very knowledgeable about what needs to be done and they get the job done in a timely manner. Thanks so much!

We recently hired Associated Property Management to manage our rental property. I have been really impressed so far. I have really appreciated that I can trust that if they say that they will get something done- they will! Elisabeth is always prompt at responding to my emails or phone calls. Elisabeth really knows this business! She stays current on the rules and regulations regarding tenant laws and makes sure that her properties are up to date with current codes- looking out for both the tenant and the owner. I feel confident that APM will take good care of our property and the tenants living there.
