Property Manager David Hebert is very dedicated to this community! We receive the updates from him about what's happening in the community, how the maintenance going on, and what activities is scheduled. Summer is a busy season for property manager as the pool opens, I can see how much more work involved daily for the management team. I am very satisfied with the service AMG has provided.

David H, of AMG, was amazing. I recently moved to NC and realized I did not have an access key for the pool area. Nice weekend, pool opening and office closed for the Holiday weekend. I sent an email anticipating a response the following week. David was out of the office until Tuesday, but responded the same day/Saturday to my email AND dropped a key for pool access early Sunday morning in my mailbox. Not expected, or necessary BUT highly appreciated. Thank you and great job David!

I want to thank AMG Community Association, Mrs. Kaitlyn Hebert for her outstanding service and positive attitude. I submitted a request for vinyl fence at my home, Mrs. Herbert not only kept me updated on my request via email but responded quickly to inquiries I had throughout the process. Amanda and I would like to thank Dave (David) for taking the time out to hear our concerns about the playground. We expressed our concerns of the playground needing to be pressure washed, mulched and a proper drain area. Dave did not hesitate to go out and take a look. Throughout the whole process Dave communicated with us to let us know of the new updates.

The play ground looks 100% better. We really want to say thank you from the bottom of hearts. He could have brushed our concerns to the side but he didn't. We felt heard and that means a lot. Our children will enjoy the playground. Thank you again Dave!

I had originally been very critical of the work AMG was doing in our community. It looks like they are actively working to be more engaged and have assigned a very competent person to work with us at this point. It was a pleasure to work with Kaitlyn and I look forward to continue working with her in the future. I hope that the positive changes being implemented can continue and that Kaitlyn can keep working with us. Overall I am very happy that she is onboard with our community.

We have been dealing with a drainage issue at our home for about a year and a half now. I have over 100 email exchanges and over 50 text exchange and the HOA is not trying to assist me. They confirmed they would install drainage after I installed gutters however that never occurred NOW they will not speak to me directly as a homeowner. They are directing me to their attorney.

I called the attorney last week and still no call back or follow up. Our tenant has had knee surgery and dealing with an excessive amount of water throughout the entire entryway of the front of her home. Our next step will be contacting the appropriate news channels to get someone to do something about this drainage issue.

David Hebert is the community manager for our neighborhood. The skills he developed in his previous career as an educator have transferred with him into his new role. He is organized, professional, and has excellent communication skills. He has facilitated productive interactions between the neighborhood board and provided solutions to community issues. He is, without a doubt, one of AMG's strongest assets.

I had a few questions about the architectural request form for a project we were planning. I reached out to Kaitlyn Hebert (AMG - Chapel Hill) via email. Kaitlyn was very responsive and helpful and I had my questions answered in just a few minuets. I was challenged with my attempts to access my online account; check payment history and general navigation about the AMGworld/HOA site. Thanks to Mz Tayler Rutledge my challenges were quickly overcome. I was particularly impressed with the time taken by Mz Rutledge to follow-up by email and telephone. Today I was trying to get assistance in arranging electronic bank drafts to pay the monthly HOA invoice and after numerous attempts to reach someone at the bank used by AMG, I contacted the AMG office for our community and was fortunate to get Kaitlyn Hebert on the phone. After briefly explaining what I needed and how I tried to reach someone at the bank, she politely said she would get me all info I needed, which she did quickly.

In addition she informed me of a substantial credit balance on my account and options to pay it back. I was very impressed with her expertise, friendliness, and professional demeanor. So glad to have dealt with her.

I am the Treasurer for our HOA and as the end of the year has come, I asked if there was any way to get the financials for Dec. 31 early (this was on Jan 4). My HOA property manager, Dave Hebert, had them to me by the end of that day. It made a big difference in how we as a board for our HOA, made some important decisions about 2022 expenditures. Well done, Dave.

She answered all of our questions thoroughly, send us the documentation we needed and even assisted us on how to fill the forms correctly before sending them to the HOA. I have lived in this community for years and previous leadership was very slow with answering questions and resolving situations if they answered you at all. Taylor's leadership was different in that I left a message and she called me back right away and she helped me resolve my problems within 24 hours. She was not only helpful but professional and super sweet!

I've been patient with the people here, but I can't any longer. If I could give them 0 stars I would. My previous review was apparently too harsh - it would never show up. This company has been giving me the run around for 6 months on a leak and mold situation. 6 months out they are going to be starting to do the bare minimum tomorrow, but only after I tried to circumvent my community manager and speak with his boss - and that was a month ago.

I've added some pictures where the water can be seen lingering in the hallway. Google reviews doesn't seem to support the videos where you can see water splashing up out of my carpet when I step on it. In the whole 6 months they gave me the runaround, I don't think one person from the office showed up to look at the leak in the part of the building they were responsible for.

It took them a month to find a plumber licensed to do the job, and they did nothing to mitigate the spread of water in the meantime. I ALSO have proof in an email chain that they were made aware that I had found evidence of termites 2 months ago, and they have given me the run around in treating them. In the 2 months with witch they have decided to do. well. NOTHING, I have since recorded evidence that they are likely spreading.
