If a tenant we approved fails to pay rent at any time during the lease, we will pay for the eviction, replace the tenant, and even pay you up to 4 weeks of lost rent. We will find a quality tenant within 30 days or we will waive the first months management fee.

We do accept section 8 housing vouchers or other housing assistance, but each property is leased to the first acceptable application that meets all the criteria below. Complete our online application for each person that will reside in the property that is 18 years of age or older. A non-refundable $75 application fee will be charged and paid by credit/debit card upon completion of the application.
