The Manager at Prairie Landing Apartments in Sharon, WI is the most awful person I have ever dealt with. Would advise anyone to stay away from renting from them.

I worked for them for 4 years and it was the biggest mistake of my life.

So, Axiom Property Management has been a pretty bad company historically. They just didn't communicate well and the maintenance lady, I think her name was Andrea or something like that, wouldn't give you the time of day or respond in a timely manner at all. However, recently they've been so much better. They hired new staff and I'm blown away by how much better my requested maintenance is being handled, to point I'm even willing to rate them 5 stars. unless the bad habits reappear. if that happens, then I'll come in and adjust my rating. However, I believe I should judge a company off of how they're currently performing rather than how they have historically. Emmitt and some other guy though, I can't remember his name have been awesome. So good job on hiring those guys. The one gal that's left there, I've always thought she was nice.

They don't care about their tenants. They did some construction in the back yard of the house I rent and haven't worked to finish it in a month and a half. Absolutely ridiculous. I've called every week and was told they were going to start it soon and they still haven't I do not recommend ever living somewhere with this realtor managing the property. Edit: it's been a year and still nothing has been completed

Axiom should come with a warning label. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. We have had literal MUSHROOMS growing out of our walls and ceiling in the bathroom after monsoon damage and they tried blaming US when there was no communication for weeks! Every single service issue required MULTIPLE phone calls. Now our A/C unit is out and after they got a quote they didn't like, the owner is getting a second opinion from her personal heating and cooling specialists so she can get a cheaper answer. I would love to speak with the owner and find out the last time her cooling went out and how long she took to get it fixed. TENANTS BEWARE.

Absolutely the worst company. No communication. Moved my move in date 3 times and then still didn't have any of the paint or repairs none that were promised while signing. Then having no hot water or a stove for 5 days. After all of that I got informed they would be selling the house not even living there for 3 weeks.

Poorly managed building a friend of mine lives in.pays 690 a month! And sidewalks, especially next to her car (in a handicapped space) was VERY icy.the office to their complex is VERY RUDE so my friend doesnt call them anymore. We have reached out to Axiom SEVERAL times and NO RESPONSE! Her building has MUCH moisture and outlets not working, BIG water spot on ceiling in front room.the maintenance man made a little hole.it remains that way.for MONTHS now!

And was months between the 1st call about it and when someone came to look at it.so been messed up for at least the last 8-10 months! And now you want her to pay some of the water and sewage bill? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Axiom should be VERY ashamed! What a way to treat a senior citizen!

I have been stood up for house tours twice by this company. They are hard to reach, post deceptive photos of properties, and charge exorbitant rents according to the Zillow estimates. Could not imagine if I actually had a lease with them; seems like a nightmare. Avoid if you can.

Diana and Sonya are very unprofessional. I moved out April 1st after being givin only a 29 day notice that they weren't going to renew my lease. I lived there for 5 years. Left the place in pretty good shape, yet here it is the middle of May and have not recieved my deposit back nor anything regarding my deposit. Multiple emails sent to Diana have been left unanswered and promised calls back from Sonya have never come.

State of Arizona law says landlords have 14 days to return deposit or itemized deductions. Yet here I am over a month later no deposit and being ignored. Very unprofessional.

Horrible communication and very unreliable! They asked me and my roommates to move out 3 months earlier than our lease ending so they could renovate which we agreed to. Then, Because of one painted wall and single set of damaged blinds, they kept 90% of our deposit. When asked about this, they told me it cost almost 500 dollars to paint ONE wall and proceeded to add little unnecessary charges for things that aren't the tenants responsibility. Beware! You'll probably be ripped off.

I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude for the word of Aiza Kelly and her staff. They have been consistently responsive to our needs and concerns. Specifically, they have provided property management expertise in regards to managing landscaping and repair contracts and services. They have provided to be excellent consultant in regards to hiring and provision of security for our property. Lastly, the Axiom team remains available to our calls and questions - and for all of these things we are appreciative for their excellent customer service.

Claim filed with the BBB against Axiom Properties for the predatory, and frankly, unethical (borderline unlawful) conduct of one of it's properties in Madison, WI. I've temporarily removed the narrative of my complaint, for now, pending it's resolution. Let's see what happens.
