Terrible Realty Service, if you encounter a problem with either a Purchase and Sale or a Rental Agreement, they will leave you without any help or assistance and its questionable at best.if they even do any background checks on potential Tenants whatsoever. Most unhelpful and unprofessional Real Estate Office I have ever dealt with and I've been working in the Real Estate Business for 20+ year. I'm very disappointed in their Service would be an understatement, I would not recommend using them.

An awful buying experience with the Jackson office. The realtor we worked with, Kathleen, did not advocate for her buyers and hindered the process. While the deal finally closed, it was messy and unprofessionally handled.

Extremely aggressive, more concerned about making the commission than treating the seller well. There are better choices.

Tara is an outstanding realtor! She has a great eye for design & staging and is one of the hardest working people I've ever met! At the same time, she is warm and personable and lovely to work with. You'll have a great experience with her!

Badger reality has a generally negative reputation in this town but I decided to give them a shot anyway seeing that I had read several good reviews and the space I was interested was perfect for what I was looking for. Unfortunately my preconceptions were extremely wrong in that my realtor/ land lady was extremely rude and disrespectful. There were several incidences where Brenda Levitt, my land lady, wrongly accused me of noise complaints and attempted to give me a curfew for when my friends had to leave, which was not included in my lease.

When I tried to speak with her about it she spoke to me as if I were an irresponsible child that needed a firm hand in discipline. If I wanted to continue to be controlled by a parent figure I never would have moved out of my parents home in the first place. I highly recommend never going through badger in the chance that you might have to deal with someone who will take advantage of your age if you are young, and who will never show the respect you deserve as a paying tenant. I will never recommend Brenda Levitt and I strongly believe she was power driven in thinking my age made me naive and ignorant to the "grown up" world.
