Termites are mostly the problem of most of the homes in many areas. These worms eat the wood and destroy not only the furniture but all kinds of the wood works. With property rates being higher than ever in cities, it's no wonder many people are shifting towards apartments and joint properties. Owning a large home could be perfect for yourself, but it may not be the best investment opportunity. When you want to have a life that is pleasant, it will be necessary for you to have a good house of your own.

We came to collect a friend's keys and it was hot outside and grabbed a coke zero and she was saying it's only for people on tour. Why did you have a help yourself sign? Please remove it.

Just an update to below issue: Finally after many follow-ups, Plumbing team fixed the hot water issue. A person from Maintenance team (not sure about name) was here to explain the issue for plumbing team and Morris came in couple of times to enquire and make sure everything is working fine. We really appreciate him for checking on us. I Hope, in future;if something like this happens issue will be resolved soon.

Thanks for taking care of it! Issue: Highly disappointed with the management and maintenance. No hot water from past 4 day's, leasing office staff mentioned they are just waiting for plumbing company people to take a look at the water heater. After repeatedly checking with leasing staff, the reason again given was plumbing company people is short of resources that's why it's getting delayed for them to come and take a look.

Final response is as soon as possible it will be fixed. It's been 4 days nothing changed and they don't have timeline mentioning when it will be fixed. The weather is cold, no hot water and that too with a kid at home. They are least concerned with their residents. For them all that matters is about their rent and their policy for charging fine; if residents are not paying rent within 5th of the month.what might be the emergency for residents doesn't matter, all they think is about management loss and their policy is all about rent in timely manner or fine for any damages etc.

I'm not sure whom we need to escalate or what kind of compensation we get when these kind of emergency maintenance issues are not resolved for 4 days and don't even know when it will be resolved. It's our bad luck and don't have an option, we need to stay in this apartment because of the lease and they are just taking advantage. Who ever searching for apartment in Bailey Creek, my humble request for you all is to think before signing new lease here.it's not worth it!

I am blown away by these not so great reviews. My experience at Bailey Creek has been nothing short of spectacular. The staff is always helpful and pleasant and when I had to move in quickly they went above an beyond to make that happen. Maintenance is wonderful and always attends to request quickly. At move in my apartment was exactly what I was told it would be and in great condition.

The amenities and grounds are beautiful especially the lake. Shellie, the Property Manager, is always so involved with every aspect and she does a great job! Overall I would recommend Bailey Creek to anyone wanting to live in Collierville, in a great location, and with staff that takes care of your needs. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

This apartment complex is bias against minorities. I provided check stubs that showed I made three times the rent but that was not sufficient enough for them. I asked if I added my mom to the least would that work. They stated no. My credit score was above average nevertheless I was denied according to this complex. I went to another apartment complex 5 minutes away that has a better curb appeal and more spacious.

I was approved the same day. I'm glad they denied me! A true blessing in disguise. Judging by the reviews they never fix anything and have very poor customer service. There are way better apartments in the area. I would not recommend Bailey Creek.

My car broke down in the parking lot of Bailey Creek and the staff was very helpful. They brought me bottle water and let me stay in the lobby until the wrecker came. While waiting I actually went ahead and filled out a credit app because the facilities were outstanding the staff was outstanding and the pool was crystal clear. Thank you guys and I will see you in a month!

They are nice only when you sign the lease. They are not at all flexible if you need any help. Since my project got extended for month, they did not extend my stay after the notice was given to them. It is extremely true that they are only nice during the initial period and never after.

We've spent 2 years at Bailey Creek, and have had ZERO complaints! No, really, not even ONE complaint! The neighbors and community all feel like family and help each other out! The rent is very competitive for the area, the staff is consistently caring and friendly, and maintenance is prompt, professional, and courteous! Even now, at the twilight of our tenure at this wonderful complex, we are moving out and Shellie, one of the apartment managers, is more than happy to work with us to get the timing of the move just right for us!

We couldn't have been more happy with our experience at Bailey Creek Apartments! So, Thank you, staff for helping us out in the beginning, and continuing to be so helpful for the duration of our stay! 5/5 stars! Will DEFINITELY recommend you to friends! Keep up the good work! :
