I have been a tenant with Baker and Associates for over 7 years, and have been ever so pleased with their services. Repairs are made quickly by kind and efficient maintenance staff, and whenever I call the office for any reason, someone responds within the day and usually within the hour. The owner of this property should be very happy to have a property management company such as this working for them.

Kathy Baker unrightfully kept a portion of my security deposit. I had to take her to small claims and won my case against her. The judge ruled in my favor for the return of the rest of my security deposit! I am now in the process of securing my mother-in-law's security deposit remainder! Tenant beware if dealing with Baker's!

I've know the owner personally for years and she is very fair and super sweet. I know that she deals with very difficult people at times being a property management company but I've always felt she does so with as big of a heart as she can. She frequently has gone above and beyond to make sure that she does everything she can do to help those who truly need it.

The few times I've been into her office I've seen people act so rude and out of pocket with her and she handles them professionally and much better than most people could in her position. The rest of her staff are great. She has been in business over 40 years and it's always a pleasure to visit the office. Unfortunately people only tend to write reviews when they feel like they were wronged. She does so much good for this community it's a shame that she doesn't get recognized for it more often.

The manager for Bakers is RUDE and not helpful AT ALL. There were a lot of things wrong with the apartment when we moved in. The rent was raised because the manager of the apartment complex and some of his neighbor friends would CONSTANTLY be washing their cars. Not just ONE car but multiple; we let the manager at bakers know because they had sent a letter regarding the rent being raised for water usage.

She did not talk to them and then raised the rent $100 more. The price that they started charging was NOT worth the apartment. This is one of many incidents that we've had with Baker. They're just money hungry and try to get the most out of people. We also had to put a RIDICULOUS amount down for the deposit, AND put down first month. We didn't even get half of it back and we did not leave that placed trashed. I am VERY unhappy with them, and I DO NOT recommend for anyone to rent from them.

We lived at one of their properties for a little under a year. The only reason we moved was because the owner wanted to sell the place. B&A always sent someone in a timely manner to fix maintenance issues. We took care of our rental, we always paid rent on time and got our full security deposit back. You should take a lot of these negative comments with a grain of salt. From a renters perspective, B&A is a great property management company to work with. We would rent from them again.

We have been clients of Baker & Assoc. for over 10 years. We interviewed four property management companies before selecting Baker & Associates. They have proved that we made the right choice in selecting them. They always respond promptly to phone calls, are very knowledgeable and answer all our questions. The staff are helpful and courteous. We recently had to ask a number of questions about our rental property.

We met with the owner who listened carefully to our concerns and answered all our questions. She also made several helpful suggestions and gave us time to decide how we wanted to proceed. We have recommend this company to both other property owners and friends looking for a place to rent.

I am so pleased with Baker and Associates! I find them to be very professional, and extremely helpful. They have been a true blessing for me twice in the past, and now I am using them again. I had such a bad experience with another property management. Kathy and her team have given me peace of mind in very difficult situations! Twice they have found me the best renters while putting me at ease feeling that I was in good hands. I tell everyone that is interested what a GREAT experience i have had with them. Grateful, Cindy!

This company had someone come into my apartment to "check" something new every month, but was rude and flaky when my fridge was acting up or when my window pulley system broke. Absolutely shady and unbelievably unprofessional. If you request assistance more then twice a year you'll soon find a note taped to your front door letting you know your being kicked out, but your neighbors will have been told before you. I did get my deposit back though, in true Bakers and Associates fashion- several weeks later, well after I moved.

Good thing that there no negative stars! this people are unprofessional and disrespectful. I spoke to someone who is apparently office manager Kathy. I rent a property through baker&associates, I have been living in that place for past 3 years, always paid my rent on time, I currently bought a house and left my 30 days notice.she called me back and tried to schedule an appointment show the house to a possible new tenant, I asked her since this is around holidays and I prefer to be home while they are showing the house, she told me I am not participating with her on this and called me rude!

I am not exactly sure why I was called rude, but in a perfect world I am still your client I am paying for your service, I expect a little more respect and decency. I enjoyed your service for the past three years, but I think this is a time for Kathy to joined some training classes regarding customer service.there will be a day that you will realize the importance of customer service!
