Bancroft & Associates

I have contacted this business NUMEROUS TIMES and NEVER get a call back or response from their website mssg center, such a terrible impression and I'm unsure at this point if I'd even want to do business with them. If your a property owner here in Tucson and have these people representing you. I'd think twice because they're doing a terrible job and probably costing you money due to their lack of communication with people inquiring about your properties.

They have very poor communication skills and do not pass along information and/or paperwork like they say. They also do not contact applicants in a timely manner, if you don't call them daily you won't get anywhere.

I've called, left messages and emailed them and I've yet to hear back from them. I'm disappointed. I was interested in renting one of their properties.

Be warey of renting here, the front desk staff makes it very hard to get in contact with a manager when you need to solve a problem, they will actually hang up on you until you are so frustrated you are swearing. When you move out they will attempt to charge you for things without actually checking how much it cost for the repairs that were done. Very little move in preparation is done to their homes for new tenants. And they will conveniently lose your move in check list So the burden of proof lies opon you save yourself the trouble.

Applied to one of their properties and never heard anything back, from them whenever I tried to talk to the property manager just got voicemail and never a call back. When speaking to the front desk associate she said we would be receiving a letter and she couldn't tell us if we were approved or not. It was 50 dollars per person to apply since there is 2 adults in my house hold we spent 100 dollars for a letter,

It would be professional of them to call us back just to say "sorry, your not approved" but they couldn't even do that. They took our $100 for the application fee and pretty much ran off with it. Looking at the reviews for this company, I'm glad they didn't call back lol.

Been calling places for information on rental homes all day. Alyssa was the first person (out of many) that I have spoken to today who was kind and professional. Honestly made my day better. Her patience and kindness really went above and beyond my expectations. She did everything she could to help me out. Unfortunately there was nothing available in what I was looking for, my husband and I will definitely be going through Bancroft & Associates when they do.

I called and (after having been forwarded to a completely full voicemail inbox, being booted from the system, and having to call back) left a message. I never received a response. That was weeks ago. Meanwhile they took my $50 for an application fee, asked for more documents and never actually processed my application, but also didn't refund me. Oh!

And I went and checked out the house on my own and there was a police report in the window saying it had been broken into. There also seemed to be homeless squatting in the garage. Absolute incompetent thieves.

My Name is Dale Bagby, i bought a brand new home from a national home builder in 2007, closed on the home and turned it over to Bancroft and associates to manage as a rental ( income property) it is now 2021, 14 years later, we have decided to sell our income property, i have not set foot in this home for 14 years, Bancroft has taken care of maintenance, moving tenants in and out, cleaning, getting rid of any trash or items left behind, cleaning, and interviewing and moving new tenants in, we decided it was time to sell, we expected to have to replace a lot of items repaint, carpet, fixtures, appliances, dry wall doors, WELL I HAVE TO SAY WE WERE SHOCKED! when we visited the home after 14 years to find it in great shape! we did not have to replace anything, Bancroft and associates have taken great care of our home ( investment) we contacted a local investor, told him we were going to put the home up for sale, he asked if he could look at the home as is, we let him, he made a very reasonable offer that day and we accepted. thank you Bancroft and associates, and team!

I have lived in a town-home community managed by Bancroft's team approaching 4 years. Their team has been responsive & professional whenever I've contacted them about any issue. I love my "home" and have been pleased with the quality of the property and unit. They reliably send maintenance to trim and clean the common areas 2x per year. I'd recommend Bancroft & Associates and the communities they manage.
