If you have any other options with your property instead of using Bandon Rentals Property Management, including leaving the property vacant take it. Our experience with Cristo and Karen was appalling it included pushy low ball offers to buy the property, zero communication, false tears. When we finally had enough, and decided to sell our Oregon house it was full of garbage and debris and rotting food in the refrigerator a full two months after the last tenet had moved out.
