Had some trouble finding the building so my boyfriend called for some directions. Lady on the phone was extremely rude and short when speaking. We said we were looking for places to rent and she just goes "yeah we're full we've got nothing for you" not professional at all. I will definitely be telling everyone I know not to go through them.

The WORST realtor in Asheville. She doesnt do any work. She will ask for items multiple times after you have sent them to her multiple times. It took her 2 weeks to put a lock box on and was allowing showing with our installed keypad deadbolt. We had to tell her no more showings untill she listed our house correctly. (listed it in a different school zone/and listed it with other features it didnt have) Which in turn made us go under contract with a buyer and then the buyer found out about the incorrect listing and back out. 2 months wasted.
She wanted to switch lawyers to her laywer saying he was better but was the same price. turned into us spending over $1000 more. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL THING IS THAT WHEN WE WANTED TO ASK QUESTIONS CONCERNING HER WORK SHE HAD HE HUSBAND CALL AND TEXT US IN A VERY AGGRESSIVE THREATENING MANOR. BEWARE!
