The most dishonest company I have ever seen, who have not given me the rent for my property for more than 2 months and have charged me the damage money collected from tenant at the time of sale of the home. This was never given to me. Very Very Dishonest person who ever owns this

Overall they have been a good company to work with. So far no bad tenants. They have been good mediators if there are issues, and they take good care of the property. Room for improvement: i found their statements a little confusing come tax season.

Professional and rapid responses to our inquiry about a property.

RUN AWAY. This is the worst experience you will ever have as a renter. They will take your entire deposit. No matter what. They did it to us and the people before us. They never fixed anything in the house without charging us. We had picture and video proof of damage that existed before we moved in but sadly that just meant we would have to get a lawyer to get our deposit back and thats almost not worth the money. Charged us hundreds of dollars for carpet cleaning when they tore out the carpet when we moved out, among other landscaping charges, charges for electricians that never did anything for us.

The house went on the market right after us so they just used our deposit to fix it up before selling. At the start of our lease the owners would drive by and take pictures of the house. Verbally harassed us once when we asked who they were and why they were taking pictures of our house. Upon moving out we were told the police were being called on us because we left the keys in the wrong place.

Constant harassment. Verbal abuse from Joyce in voicemails that I still have. There is no professionalism to be had. You will lose all of your money. Honestly reliving this experience makes me feel nervous and not safe. There are other places to live. Do NOT work with these people if you want a normal living experience.

Choosing Bell Real Estate Group to manage our properties was the best decision we've made. The new owner CJ is professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He is always on point and is on top of every arising need. Having under control and oversight with attention to detail the whole process of property management. We are very satisfied to be doing business with Bell Group, and highly recommend them.

Make no mistake. the "new" management are the exact same people who helped Joyce Bell wreck people's homes and lives! This CJ and Terry who know how to put on the charm were culpable and should and maybe just as legally responsible for the things they covered up for Joyce Bell! We thought that they weren't those kind of sales people but boy were we wrong!

Our home was left in ruins by the tenants placed in my home that were neither qualified according to their own agreement, but I was told Joyce Bell actually over rode the screening report and allowed this person and his psychotic children and dog into our home. The home was destroyed. The yard was destroyed. We actually had to pay a significant amount to have it cleaned up and the debris removed.

Then we were coerced into selling the home as a fixer upper to a developer, otherwise we would have had to pay thousands to have the home brought back up to a standard we could have put it on the market as a normal home. All the they sat there knowingthat the tenants were never supposed to be there in the first place according to our agreement that we signed with bell properties.

We were naive and were even talked into letting them represent us when we sold our home so not only did that get from us when they rented the home and let it be destroyed, we were foolish enough to allow them to make even more when they sold it for us. It would seem we may have some legal leg to stand on in possibly recovering some of our losses! Save yourself the time, headache, heartache, and run in any other direction than bell properties!

Great property managers! Never had any issues. They protecting us to the end.

The one star is there because I can't do 0 star. One of the worst services I have ever received. No follow through on commitment, lack of professionalism, lack of proper documentation, walk through not even remotely completed. There was also no empathy or sympathy shown, nor my concerns addressed when I brought them up.

Woof, these guys are bad. First, objective experience and facts: Pros: they did find me a tenant, and payments were timely. Cons: Communication is awful. Promised phone calls never come, emails are often not responded to. We had an issue where they had told us they took care of removing things from the property, only to find out after the tenants moved out that the stuff has been sitting there the whole time, and we can't get them to respond at all now that we no longer have tenants. Now, for subjective experiences: I simply didn't like them. Joyce is dismissive and has a "I've been doing this longer than you and know more than you" attitude when some things she told me are directly contradictory to WA landlord-tenant law. CJ, who is apparently Joyce's right hand, will pass the ball and the buck at every opportunity.

I had a big snafu when I tried to sell the house. The tenants told me they were promised I wouldn't sell while they were in the house, while I was *very* clear that I intended to sell. Heck, I negotiated a better percentage in the contract upon sale, I was so serious. Do not use these guys. Run far, far away.

Do not do business with Joyce Bell or any of her affiliates. Joyce does not deliver on any of her promises yet is all too happy to take your money. They are supposed to do walk throughs regualarly on the properties they manage yet never do. They are a joke and will rent to anyone and not evict when appropriate.

Bell properties is a joke! Joyce Bell makes tons of promises and never delivers. She is not interested in taking care of her customers or their property. She is interested in getting your payment and that is all. She does not do walk throughs on the properties she manages to make sure your property is being taken care of. Do not do business with her unless you can afford to loose alot of money!

I am a current property owner who has been with Bell for over 2 years now. I love them! Great communication and management of my property. I will be using them to sell the property as well.

The Best! I worked with Steve Lantz and he really took care of me. Steve was out for MY best interest and I am very satisfied with Bell Properties as a whole. I will be recommending them to anyone looking to get into a home or anyone looking to rent their place out. THESE GUYS ROCK!
