Just wanted to say this building has been a great building to work in. I love the location, and the building itself. They have been doing a lot of upgrades last couple of years and when I compare it to other buildings in surrounding cities it stands out especially when you compare rents. Gina is a fantastic property manager as she has been very involved with attending to my office needs. Also, Shonagh at the front desk is always friendly and quick to help out. I definitely recommend the woolbright property for small business.
