Berkeley is a Boston-based, certified minority-owned real estate investment and development company founded by Young K. Park in 1991. Since then, we have acquired and/or developed in excess of 17 million square feet of commercial office, flex, life science, parking and multi-family assets. We are nimble and full-service, leading projects from acquisition through construction.

The Chase Mills building at 64 Pleasant Street in Watertown has served a variety of workforce uses in its 160+ years - including as a paper factory, garment manufacturer, screws and machining project, laundry, and most recently serving as the global headquarters to internationally-renowned architecture firm Sasaki.
