Berkeley is a Boston-based, certified minority-owned real estate investment and development company founded by Young K. Park in 1991. Since then, we have acquired and/or developed in excess of 17 million square feet of commercial office, flex, life science, parking and multi-family assets. We are nimble and full-service, leading projects from acquisition through construction.
