Beven and Brock has automated all accounting features online and Laura Hoot has been a champion on our team to keep things managed and know she will continue be a supportive asset to our association. We just wanted to thank you both for all of your hard work and efforts in getting our property rented so quickly.
You may order up to 3 documents separately, or order the whole package for $250. State law requires that documents be provided within 10 days of the request by the owner, or anyone authorized by the owner, and once the payment has been made. We realize that time frames are short in real estate transactions, so the Beven & Brock standard turnaround time is 3-4 business days.

It is for non-emergency maintenance requests only. If you have an emergency during business hours please call the office at 626-795-3282. If it is an after hours emergency call 1-877-532-4293. If you send the request after 5:00 pm or on the weekend we will not be able to contact you until the next business day.

In order to schedule a SHOWING, you have to first put in an APPLICATION? The most backwards, usurious policy I've ever heard -- especially in this market. I wouldn't do business with this landlord based on that simple fact alone. Surely a bad omen and preview of how the rest of your experience will be.

I can't say enough good things about Beven and Brock. They are everything you expect from a management company and more. They have the resources of a big company but are personable like a small one. To be perfectly honest, I have been a tenant with B&B for 4 years, almost 5 years now and I have to say, I've never had a problem with this management company. Prices are constantly increases all over this country and for that I say, God help people who are trying to make a decent living and trying to pay rent on time. I'm sure most would agree. However, whenever I've had any issues with my apartment, it was handled right away and the onsite manager at my complex is beyond AMAZING. Mr. Beven is really a nice man too. Nothing is perfect but they've tried to make my residency a pleasant journey.

We were fortunate that Mr. Beven, Sascha, and Rosa were on top of things with us. Our lease in Temple City went through smoothly thanks to their help. Mr. Beven was very personable and managed things with us directly. Rosa has the kindest disposition and made our every visit very easy.
