The Heights Condominiums are located in a quiet area at the north end of Blacksburg, just off Giles Road. Less than a mile from campus, there is a nearby Blacksburg Transit bus stop, a 7-Eleven and a Food Lion. The Heights property for rent is constructed of only 2 units per building, offering a greater level of quiet privacy.

I live in Rutherford and love it! I love how big the kitchen is, we don't even use all our cabinet space because there is so much of it! The size of the kitchen and living room is perfect for hosting (if you are into that kind of thing). The distance from campus is nice too. You can walk there in about 20-25 minutes or the bus comes right to the front of the complex.

I lived in The Heights for two years, and I loved it! It is very nice for college students since it has hardwood floors, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. The distance from campus was fine. I walked, drove, or took the bus depending on the weather. Parking was never an issue for my roommates, me, or our guests. It's nice that the Heights isn't a large development.
I enjoyed leaving the crowds of campus and coming back to a peaceful apartment. However, it's is still close enough to larger apartment complexes so you don't feel disconnected!
