Straightforward. Though, the air filter fee is obvious Nickle and Diming and we've lived at our rental for almost two years with still no access to a working mailbox.

Property Frameworks has been managing our properties for the last 19 years. They have changed their names over the years from Prime Properties, Oneprop to Property Frameworks. I have recently invested in San Antonio real estate and Property Frameworks made the process seamless. The property manager, Michael Johnson of PFW San Antonio, doubled up as photographer and single-handedly took stunning pictures and video walk-through on the interior and exterior of the property for listing. Michael has an excellent work ethic and high standard of professionalism. Concerns are addressed promptly and communication is superb.
