We currently rent through Brady and Brady and our manager is Joseph. We have had such a great experience renting with this company that we renewed with no hesitation. Recently we had an issue with our AC on a Sunday that was addressed same day. I know this is not the typical turnaround time so Ireally felt #blessed to have cool air running before bedtime. In general, so far we have had a great experience here and would recommend them.

My wife and I worked closely with Darrel and Joseph for a while to find a house that was right for us. With the housing market all over the place it took us a while to find the right one, but we finally did. Darrell and his team were very professional and responsive to our wants and needs in a house. Dave Simon Retired Navy - After I retired and moved out of state we tried to rent our property on our own (Big Mistake - Late or missing payments and damage to our home). Then we contacted Darrell and for the last 24 years he has managed our property hassle free. He then oversaw the remodel and sale of our home in one day on the market at full asking price. After working with Darrell Braddy as our wedding caterer, my husband and I were pleased to work with him yet again when we decided to purchase our first home. Throughout the process, Darrell maintained a warm and professional attitude, always giving us his honest opinion and advice. He is very easy to work with, and we never had to worry about him being late or not returning our calls. Darrell always arrived on time (if not early!) and never left us hanging.
Throughout our search, we drove to opposite ends of Jacksonville, and Darrell was kind enough to drive us himself. His positive outlook alleviated the stress of selling our former home and finding a new one. My husband and I are now happily in our new home and couldn't say enough good things about our experience with Darrell!

Absolutely terrible and unprofessional company. After already visiting a home that we had known about, we were ready to literally just hand over money for this property after never having a walk through. We scheduled a visit and after traveling 45 minutes to get to the property, the realtor Joseph (also extremely shady and unprofessional) never even shows up and tells us we would be the first people contacted to view it the next day which was a Friday, or Saturday at the latest. Friday rolls around and he tells us he's out of town and will contact us "sometime next week".
He later contacts us and says that we cant rent the property because they received a bad review (are you 5 years old?) from someone that we are not even affiliated with. After contacting the owner/manager Darrell Braddy he was just as if not even more unprofessional than Joseph was. Say goodbye to your money, and here's another bad review, can't believe this company manages to stay in business.

My boyfriend and I were very excited to find a property at the beach that we could afford and would help us out in a financial crunch. Upon seeing the property, from the outside because the realtor Joseph Williams didn't show up or call, I realized my friends used to live there. Knowing the floor plans I excitedly contacted the company, told them I'd take the place and explained I knew the home because of my friend.
I was met with disrespect and disregard. Unsure why after standing us up the realtor was so unwilling to rent us the property we contacted the owner of the company. He was even worse on the phone. Completely unwilling to rent to us because my friends roommate had left a bad review years ago, something I knew nothing about and until looking on here didn't even know what it said.
They were very clear they weren't willing to rent to us because someone I knew left them a bad review years ago and without my knowledge. I explained it was completely unprofessional and disrespectful to treat us that way and was told basically to bad. So Braddy realty and associates mainly Joseph, here's another great review of your professionalism and top notch customer service. oh and did I mention we drove 45 min in the pouring rain to be stood up? There isn't anything I can say about Braddy by way of praise. I moved into a dirty duplex. It hadn't been cleaned, the locks hadn't been changed, the carpet was filthy.the reason I stayed was due to the lack of available rentals in the beach area and a super optimistic roommate who helped clean. About a year into my lease, they discontinued lawn service without paying the lawn guy.
He left me the invoice. At one point, a pipe burst between the two rentals of the duplex. Braddy took their time responding to the situation. When mold became a problem, they did nothing until I threatened legal action. A little while later, there was an infestation of squirrels in the attic. Again, Braddy did nothing until I provided photograph evidence that the squirrels had caused severe damage to the attic and air vents.
Upon ending my lease with them (mind you I didn't paint, I hadn't been late on rent, and was in general a pretty good tenant) they claimed about half the security deposit in repairs and cleaning fees. Considering their previous actions, I'm not sure if any of that money went into updating the property. So end takeaway, always take photos of a rental before you occupy the property because if you're unlucky enough to have Braddy as the property management company, you will get screwed.
