Tenants and home owners beware! This is by far the most dishonest and shady rental company I have ever worked with. Maintenance was always blamed on us and took forever to get anything fixed. We dealt with an over flowing septic tank for 2 weeks before they finally had someone come out and pump it. The company that pumped told us that the system was simply over full.

A door that we paid to have fixed, took almost 6 months for the to fix it still! And finally, they're supposed to check the home once a year, they never inspected the property until we had been in it for about 19 months. With that inspection they told us the toilets were unacceptable because of a hard water ring that had always been there, and the dishwasher was unacceptable (even though the dishwasher has been broken for a year) because of "calcium" build up.

They used this in order to get us removed from the property, displacing a family of six for no reason. I have emails from the office stating in February that they, nor the owner, had any intentions of removing us from the property. We got a 60 eviction notice in April, so nice. Then I get conflicting information from the office on why we weren't able to renew the lease.

The first time I asked, the secretary said that the owner wanted to remodel and fix the place up and rent it again down the line. Then I ask a different guy, and he tells me the owners requested we leave. Yet we have never had an issue with Bradleys or the owner, never late on rent, maintained the house the way we're supposed too, and so on. I highly suggest usuing anyone else besides Bradley Properties.

Rented a home from them for 3 years. They always followed up on maintenance requests and were consistently professional. We used their preferred home cleaners on the move out checklist. We got our deposit back. We recommend this company!

I was extremely happy with the service I got from Bradley Properties, and I trust them. As a renter, my experience with Bradley Properties is that they are a fair and business minded property management company. I paid my rent on time, every time, and I never had an issue. Maintenance requests of any size were responded to quickly and courteously by local professionals, and service issues got fixed quickly.

Everything Bradley Properties expected from me and everything I expected from Bradley Properties was in the lease. There were no surprises - and Bradley Properties lived up to their end of the bargain, as far as I'm concerned. To top it off, I got back nearly all of my deposit. I figured there would be some incidental charges, as is typical, but that wasn't the case.

I paid a small re-keying fee and got the rest back, if I recall correctly. I couldn't be more satisfied. Bradley Properties didn't ask or even know that I was writing this review. I'm writing it because - honestly folks - you couldn't ask for more from a property manager than reliable professionalism. I'd rent from Bradley Properties again in a heartbeat, if I hadn't have moved away from the area. Thanks Bradley Properties!

We have rented over a year they have raised our rent 3 times less than 6 months. Were in the process of moving they are giving us a hard time on getting our 1 month in a half rent back from them. We have called them to set up a pre moveout expectation. They said they can't do one until we turn in the keys. How are we able to address any issues they suposly find.

If we dont do the walk threw with them how do we know where our deposit is going we have asked them for receipts they have ignored that message. I will never rent from these people. Anyone that rents from these people be aware of there use to Military Families. This was a nightmare for our Family.

Absolute worst experience I could expect out of a realtor. Rented for a year and a half from them and always paid well ahead of time. As a reward, they were unresponsive, dismissive, and downright rude the entire length of the rental agreement and post-move out. At one point, they tried to charge us $150 for their broken heater on the 4th visit by the maintenance company after we went 2 months without heat in the coldest time of year (Dec through Jan).

We got them to waive it, only after many ignored texts and calls, by going in person and speaking with the manager. They straight out lied to a new tenant that moved in next door, stating that the previous tenant wanted more space, when in fact she died in the living room. They had their repair man do a quick clean and rented it out within less than two weeks from her death. I wouldn't rent with them if I were you. I'd rather have paid triple rent and deal with real professionals.

Horrible company to work with. Luckily during the duration of the lease nothing was really needed from them. Moving out was a nightmare tho. Tammy was trying to charge us and extra month of rent for submitting our move notice 1 day late of the 30 days, and trying to charge us for a broken window that was notated, and documented prior to moving in. Tammy was extremely unprofessional to deal with. It would be shame to have to employee a miserable person like her. Avoid at any cost!

Bradley Properties has a significant communication issue with their residents. Came home in August to find my cooler unit removed while 5C Construction installed a new roof. I was without HVAC for 2 weeks. During August. In Arizona. No prior notification given by Bradley explaining duration or span of work. I would recommend not even trying their front office phone number, as their receptionist is not responsive.

It's best to go there in person and make your requests. Also, annotate every single issue on your move-in check list or you will be charged when you move out. I emphasize this because you can expect your unit to have a number of shortcomings upon move in. Write it down no matter how small.

First off, we have been in this Rental since August, and always pay our Rent on time. Secondly, we were in a pickle since a purchase fell out of escrow the day before closing. Be careful of the "add on's" they threw into our lease, for example, "Washer and Dryer are for tenants convieniece and may be repaired by the Owner, or Tennant". Really?, So we bought our own because the old washer failed immediately and would have taken weeks to fix.

Another major issue is the rotting Fence and Gate in the backyard. I had to reinforce it with Cable to the Facia of the House, because it wants to blow over in the wind. We have a Dog. We required a secure backyard for him. Bradley Properties has blown us off for months on this. They do nothing to their properties before move in. Zip! Next door neighbor just moved in, and they did not even paint the place after the last tennant lived there for 5 plus years.

Be careful, and look at the place at least 2 times. My husband and I wanted to stay here for 6 years, but why would we? There were many other issues that should have been addressed before they listed it for rent. Typical Property Mismanagers. Beware, and be careful! Good luck!

We used them to manage our property for nearly 10 years because we had to move out of the state for military. And because of the market we were unable to sell. I THOUGHT they were doing a good job of "managing" my property. They did do a decent job of collecting rent and making sure they got renters in quickly each time someone moved, but of course because they don't get paid unless there is a renter.

What they DID NOT do is keep my informed about the condition of the house and important issues that needed addressing! We are now easily up to over $25,000 of repairs before I can even think about selling!

Bradley Properties managed my rental for nine years. They were always courteous and pleasant to deal with. They helped me tremendously as I lived out of state, so when something needed fixing, replacing, or in one case, evicting after a tenant became unemployed and stopped paying rent, they were there to put my mind at ease. I just sold that house and it was in excellent condition thanks to their management.

Bradley Properties has managed rental home for almost 6 years now and I have had nothing but exceptional customer service from them. They have always been attentive to my requests and those of the tenants who have rented my house. In my experience they always take care of emergency and low cost repairs ASAP. Requests for more expensive, non-emergency repairs have always been brought to my attention in a timely fashion and are usually accompanied by an estimate so I can make an informed decision on completing them.

The staff has always treated me with courtesy and professionalism, and I have to assume they treat tenants in the same fashion. Even now, when my relationship with them is coming to an end, they continue to provide exceptional service and are assisting me with cleanup and repairs to put my rental house on the sales market. Many of the negative reviews here seem to be written by people who expect renting a house to be similar to renting a hotel room.

They expect lightbulbs to be changed for them immediately with just a phone call. At least one of these was written by a tenant in my house who broke their lease and expected not be charged for damage they caused and cleanup of the mess they left. Please take them with a grain of salt.
