We rented a perfect house from Brindley in Pine island right between Duck and Corolla! Love that it's an area with only 1 row of houses which makes for a very relaxing and private beach experience! Windrift is a beautiful oceanfront house with amazing views of both the sunrise and sunset! There are bike paths to both Corolla and Duck. House was well cleaned and maintained! Management responds both quickly and kindly! I would rent this every year if we were going to OBX!

Fantastic property and easy too! We've been staying in the Outer Banks one week a year for almost 20 years. This was our first experience with Brindley Beach and they were exceptional. They facilitated an issue we had with another agency and helped us secure a replacement property at the last minute. The property was beautiful, clean and in great condition - exactly what we were looking for within walking distance to the beach and town.

Check in was easy with a digital key we could go straight to the house as soon as it was ready. My only feedback would be to text renters when properties are ready instead of having us call in to check. Otherwise we were thrilled, highly recommend!

Sea Watch was the perfect house for our small family. The home was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The location was quiet and the walk to the beach was short. The pool area was perfect with both sun and a shaded area. The decks also provided both sun and shaded areas. My only negative was that the AC unit was located on the middle floor where the bedrooms are located and was a bit on the loud side when it cycled on. My family didn't mind as they like white noise to sleep but I like it quiet. We had a great stay and would recommend this home.

We stayed in Zip-A-Dee-Dune-Duh in early June 2022. The house was ready when we arrived so we were able to check in a bit earlier then expected so that was very appreciated. The house and pool were clean. The house location was very close to the beach access and the view from the crow's nest was beautiful. The house was equipped with everything we needed to make meals.

The pool and hot tub were a great way to relax in the evening or cool off during the day when the beach was red flagged. I would recommend staying in this house and with Brindley Beach in general. It was a pleasant experience.

Beautiful house with spectacular ocean views. Enjoyed by the whole family. Movie theater was a big hit on the 2 rainy days. I recommend to all and would definitely stay here again.

Place was decently clean although you could tell the floors were not swept or mopped. We did have to get our own hand soap and dish soap for the week which I do believe should have been included for the price we paid. If you have small children beware of the monopoly table it's very loose and could break! Grill outside definitely needs to be updated!

We did leave behind a portable baby swing for anyone who may need it in the future hopefully cleaning staff didn't steal it! Close to the beach for easy access! Pool was great for the kids! All in all we will be back for another vacation!

From booking until exiting the rental our experience was outstanding! Communication from reservation through arrival was great! The house was spotless and very well maintained! The kitchen was well stocked with an abundance of necessities for cooking! Had one shower faucet that continually dripped and made one phone call and had a service technician there within an hour or so which was amazing! Overall would recommend Brindley Beach for your next vacation!

The home we rented was very clean and had ample kitchen equipment and the views of the sound were breathtaking. The only complaint I can come up with is the elevator was out of order and the hot tub could use some attention with the jets but other than that everything work out well with my husband and I and our dog. We love the section of Monterey shores and we're so glad to spend New Years week there to start our New Year off completely rested and ready for 2022. See you all again this September

We loved our week in the Brindley Beach home over Christmas. The home was comfortable and well stocked with kitchen items, linens, and all that we needed. We especially loved how close it was to the beach and the hot tub. The family would love to return there next year!

This was the first time I have rented with Brindley and was very happy. I have been renting houses in the Outer Banks for over 20 years and found their selection and value to be excellent. The property was in great condition and all amenities were as described. Customer service was excellent, including some help with some items left behind. Their online portal was easy to use. We plan to use them again next year!

We rented Cabaret II on the 4x4 beach in October. The staff at Brindley Beach was always very responsive to my emails and very helpful with my many questions. The house was clean upon arrival and everything was in order. The house itself could use some TLC - but I understand it's been a busy rental season and maintenance items have probably been a little difficult to schedule.

There was nothing that kept us from thoroughly enjoying our week. The location and views were amazing! We would definitely rent again through Brindley Beach! Thank you for an amazing week!

We used Brindley Beach to book an oceanfront rental home in Corolla OBX. We stayed at Pine Haven 369 Deep Neck Road in Pine Island. The rental was great but the living room furniture is not comfortable at all. The house was super clean! Great beds. Kitchen had everything you could want in a rental home. The pool is gorgeous and we loved the walkway to the beach.

The landscaping was beautiful. Brindley Beach was very nice to deal with. We had a couple of issues while we were there (air conditioning not cooling and light bulbs out) and they were extremely quick about getting people out there in an expedient manner. They had told us through email about the midges, so we expected them and them spiders. It was really no big deal. We had a great vacation! Thanks Brindley Beach! We shall definitely rent through you again in the future!

Generally, our experience was very good at BQ2B Sea Sweet. The house was VERY clean and fresh smelling. We were told that the owner cleaned it themselves as opposed to last year at the Sea Colony when Brindley Beach housekeeping did the cleaning. That was NOT good. But, this year the only issues we had were an empty gas grill bottle that they wanted me to bring them the empty one, and carry the full one back to the house, or wait till Monday for it.

The girls at the desk weren't very interested in helping us with this, nor were they very personable. A gentleman came out from somewhere in the back and after some discussion wit him, the bottle was replaced by a service person that day. After an 8 hour drive, I wasn't in the mood to do their work for them, nor should I have had to. Spiders were also an issue, and we know that is out of their control, but, maybe do some spraying to keep them away.

The building itself actually exceeded our expectations. The decoration was top notch, and the beds were very comfortable. We would definately stay there again. We also liked the entrance in the rear of the home as it was more privacy than the front entrance, and we enjoyed the small patiio in the back.

This was our first time renting from Brindley Beach and rented Irish Rose in Pine Island. I've been going to the Outer Banks for 15+ years. I've been to fancier houses and less fancy houses, but this is the first time I've ever felt that a house was even prettier in person than it was in the photos. The owners of the house have filled it with quality furniture, electronics, ceiling fans, fixtures, etc.

The pool has sun on it almost all day, which is such a plus. The house was very comfortable and while it was a longer walk to the beach, the owners provide a buggy to pull your gear back and forth. Also, the path to the beach felt like a nature walk with a beautiful canopy of trees over the path. To me it appears that a lot of time, care and consideration was put into this home to make it really comfortable for guests.

I would absolutely stay in this home again. Brindley Beach was easy to work with. Everything went really smoothly. We arrived pretty early on check in day and stopped at their office. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Also, their cleaning staff is among the best I've seen. As someone with extensive experience in the janitorial industry, I usually quickly pick up on all the things missed by the house cleaners. In this case, everything was perfect. The cleaning crew did an incredible job.

My family spent a week at a home called Making Waves in Corolla NC mid September. Where to begin? The house in photos looked magnificent. I did receive an email talking about these migrant insects called midges. They were there and tolerable, but the spider webs and spiders were NOT. On the "walk through" with the housekeeper we were basically just shown the home. Had I given it a little more thought, I would have paid more attention to the details of the cleaning, or lack of, but she basically just ran us through giving us a tour then left.

We soon realized the decks were covered, I mean COVERED in webs. And spiders. It was to the point you had to slowly open a door and wait to see if a spider falls down before you went outside. The home had multiple decks overlooking the ocean so clearly that scenery was the main reason we chose this home. The decks and chairs were covered in spiders, webs and just grime that made the outside unusable.

The pool was covered in a layer of bugs, my boyfriend spent literally two hours cleaning it so it was usable. The pool chairs and outdoor table were not though. They too were covered in dirt and webs. From Monday morning til Tuesday about 10:45am I sent 4 emails and spoke 3x to Paula and Wendy in the office regarding this problem. Eventually they stopped calling me and stopped returning emails.

My sister who was in PA actually called the office and spoke to Wendy on Tuesday. We were finally on the list to have the house power washed. Oddly enough I received an email from Tiffany apologizing that a bug wash was not approved?!?!? A power washer came to wash the house behind us Tuesday mid morning and he did then come to us about 3:30 Tuesday afternoon.

We were able to use ONE DECK of the 4 on the back of the house. The pool had a layer of sand on the bottom of it also. Without a pool vacuum there was nothing we could do about that. My sister in law had one of the jetted tubs in here master bath, unusable for the 4 year old in the house due to the jets having obvious black gunk in them. The first set of stairs did not look vacuumed as there was just loose dirt on them.

The one kitchen faucet handle was so loose we were afraid it was going to fall each time we used it. The fridge door handle also loose, by bf did tighten them up. The sofa in the main living area was so stained dirty we put towels on ot before we sat, same with the chairs. Old and dirty. The area rug was also faded and just dingy. I range hood was so caked in dirt and grease I actually wrote "clean me" in the grease before I left.

The front porch and chairs were so caked in dirt and bugs there is no way that has been cleaned for a year or more. I have rented homes with my family for many years. I have never rented a home of this caliber, for this amount of money and this size. Honestly I did have high expectations for a home of this magnitude and price and was so extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of the home, the minor repairs that need to be done and very disappointed with the rental company Brindley Beach.

I have received better professionalism from VRBO and Airbnb owners than from this company. The homes I have rented in the past from other rental companies, smaller homes, less "fancy" homes have been clean, well managed and well stocked. I spent the week feeling dirty from an unclean home, pool and furniture. Not what we expected on our vacation at all. I have pictures to back up my claims. I will never use this company again nor recommend them.

We rented barefoot retreat at 744 starfish court from Brindley Beach in August for a family vacation. The house had been flooded the week prior to our arrival, and no one notified us. We arrived to find the drywall ripped off the walls, wires and nails exposed, and a giant pile of construction debris on the first floor. When we arrived we called the manager and we were told "the house flooded last week and there is nothing we can, you just have to figure it out".

The property manager, Frazier Holden would not move us to another location, and made multiple promises to have the damage fixed during the week but that never happened. We attempted several times throughout the week to contact the manager Frazier and our calls and emails were never answered. She had made promises to get back to us when she didn't we followed up and found out that she had a planned vacation.

There was no manager that covered Frazier and no one working above her. That was available to help her. The kitchen had ants and a leaky sink, and the pool fence was broken. Terrible customer service and a property that was not at all what we were promised. We would highly recommend not staying at this home or using Brindley Beach realty to rent a vacation property.

Vacation review! This will be long but I want to include everything I wanted to know before we got there. This was our very first trip to the Outer Banks, and we stayed in a Corolla Light with a large family group (16 people) Travel: We had a sun-sun rental and drove down in the middle of the day and hit virtually no traffic. House: we booked "Carolina on my mind" through Brindley Beach and I have no complaints, check-in was simple, house was clean enough and ready when we arrived at 4pm. NOTE: No rental home is ever going to pass a white glove test, so adjust your expectations.

The only real disappointment with the house was that ALL of the many deck areas where absolutely covered in cobwebs and dead midges to the point of being unusable. The entire exterior of the house is in desperate need of a power wash. My father in law was able to hose the main deck area off so we could use it throughout the week. The house itself was fantastic.

Well maintained, stocked with every single thing you could possible need and the pool was serviced several times while we were there. The backyard was surrounded by trees which made keeping the pool clean a chore but was really nice for privacy. Hot tub worked great! Outdoor showers functioned well. Corolla light: no complaints, everything was as advertised.

We used the main pool, sound side trails, shuffleboard and playgrounds with the kids. Beach access was easy and there was almost always parking by main beach access. Most of us walked from the house. We weren't given enough wristbands for our whole group but it wasn't an issue at all. We just attached one or two to our bags if we went to the pool and not one person checked or counted heads. Beach: I guess crowded is a subjective term but compared to OCMD they were NOT crowded at any time of day.

The first two days the water so super warm and clear with shallow sandbars - perfect swimming conditions! The storm pushed in some rougher surf so there was no swimming allowed on Saturday and Sunday. Corolla: This place is magical! Here's what we did (outside of the beach): Climbed the Currituck lighthouse, kayaked in the sound (Coastal Explorations is the BEST!) visited lots of local shops: Island Bookstore - OBX is very well stocked and we went back twice!

The Kind Cup (this is an amazing coffee shop and artisan co-op market! If you're looking for locally made souvenirs and gifts, this is the spot!). Northern Lights Bakery has the best cinnamon rolls and pastries, I swear the donuts are better than Duck donuts! We also had our photos taken on the beach by the incredible Wes Snyder Photography- believe the hype, he was amazing to work with!

Several in our party went to Sooey's BBQ, and raved about the food. The arcade and mini-golf in the corolla light town center were super fun for the kids. Food: I mentioned a few favorites above, but we ate at home for every meal - we all took turns cooking and it worked out well. We went shopping at food lion late Sunday night and it wasn't crowded and we did have to go back for a couple things throughout the week, but they had everything we needed. Overall, a fantastic vacation! 4 stars for the house, but 5 stars for Corolla!
