Brock Realtors is a full-service property management company, specializing in Residential Leasing and Property Management since 1973. What makes us unique is that we are solely a property management company, we are not a real estate company doing property management on the side. We devote our full attention to our home owners and the tenants that occupy their homes. Our owner has spent most of her life in the DFW area making her well versed in the area's rental market, as well as Texas Landlord Laws.
Income must be 3 times the amount of rent. If self-employed or retired we require a copy of two years tax return, W-2 or bank statement. Income will be verified. Rental History must be verifiable for at least six months. Living in a property owned by a relative does not constitute a tenant/landlord relationship for rental verification purposes.
We offer a variety of floor plans in a selection of areas throughout Tarrant County. Each of our managed properties is well-maintained. We provide responsive tenant services that are available 24/7 in property emergencies. We give our residents' access to their own Tenant Portal where they can schedule and make rent payments securely and submit routine property requests conveniently online. With Brock Realtors, you don't deal directly with the landlord but work through a professional property manager.

Absolutely best experience I've ever had living anywhere as a tenant. When I moved in a couple of years ago, they were extremely accommodating from showing me the place to fixing any issues that came up over the years. Note the issues were all minor such as garage door issue, tree needing to be cut down, etc. The house was beautiful and well maintained. The only reason I'm leaving is to purchase a house of my own. Thanks again for the past couple of years, Brock Realtors team!

THIS PLACE IS BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL! I submitted my application 6 days ago, last Thursday evening. I did not hear anything back from them as of this Monday. So, I reached out to them. I spoke with Hailey. She advised that Karen would be handling my application, and that she was on the phone with another client, but she would call me back in just a little bit.

I never heard back from anyone. So, I waited until today, Wednesday, to reach back out again. This time, Karen answered. At first, she proceeded to tell me that Hailey is the one who is taking care of that application and that she would have to call me back. I advised Karen of what Hailey told me. So, then Karen put me on an extended hold. When she got back on the line, it was all down hill from there.

She was VERY degrading, belittling, negative, insensitive, and down-right hateful to me personally. And mind you, this is all before they have even processed my application and submitted it to the actual owner of the property to begin with.

Horrible customer service! Does not maintain preventive maintenance on properties they manage. It's taken two years to try to get one item fixed on a property they manage, issue still not fixed! They blame the home owner.

As a retired Business Consultant who has owned single family, duplex, triplex and fourplex investment properties in California, Texas, and New York, all of which were handled by property managers, I know a little something about property management and property managers. I could write a book filled with horror stories about all the bad ones I've had; the vacancies, lost rents, bogus maintenance scams, outright thievery, and worse.

But the book about good ones would have only positive stories and have only one name in it; Karen Brock and her company, Brock Realtors Property Management. Sure, she is professional, reliable and trustworthy with decades of experience. And yes, she can and has handled every situation an investment property owner eventually faces, from the everyday mundane problem to the pressing emergencies, and handled them quickly, and cost efficiently.

Talk about grace under pressure. But what amazes and impresses me most is how she manages to find that perfect balance between protecting the owner's investment, while treating our tenants/clients with dignity and respect. Stuff happens; we will need a plumber, an HVAC guy, a handyman, etc. And not surprisingly, the ones she's known and worked with for years and years are outstanding; trustworthy, loyal, and extremely reasonable.

Own a rental property long enough, especially in Texas, and you'll need a good HVAC guy; she knows and uses the best (thanks Jaime! ). Hail damage, plumbing issues.same thing; you'd never find people that good and reasonable on your own. I know. The only reason we hire a property manager is to not have the headaches and to trust that our investment is in good hands.

When I think back, I can honestly say the property I put in Karen's hands all those years ago is the only one I never had to worry about; and still don't. I'm tellin ya, it doesn't get any better than that.

When we moved in, the house still had a huge bug/roach problem. We worked with Brock to get it under control. The carpets were not cleaned and had to scrub the entire place before we could move our stuff in or even use the shower or kitchen. They were always slow to answer any service requests. When we moved out, that house was in much better condition than when we moved in.

We deep cleaned, patched every hole from hanging up decorations, and scheduled to have the city pick up the trash we left on the curb. They had the house rented out less than a week after we moved out and would not answer us about or deposit refund. They promised we would have it no later than a month AFTER we moved out. They charged us $200 to have their lawn guy (who previously charged us $60) to haul off said trash (their was zero left inside the house), and $250 to "deep clean". They also accused us of tearing up blinds that our dog couldn't even reach. Very disappointed.
