I have lived here for going on 4 years and have had nothing but great experiences. Sure the rent keeps going up but everywhere is getting more expensive in Bozeman and at this rate a 2 bedroom anywhere else can go for as much as $1300 a month. I have nothing but great things to say especially when anything needs to be fixed, I just call the office and its usually fixed that day or within 2 days.

I love these guys, Only apartments in Bozeman with actual maintenance people taking care of things. Reasonably priced and friendly

My husband and I lived in a 2 bedroom apartment at Kagy Village for two years. It was always a quiet, peaceful atmosphere, the grounds were kept clean and neat, and internet/water/garbage included in rent was very nice. Karen is an absolute gem and was incredibly kind to us during our time there. She went above and beyond to help us when the army messed up his pay, as well as when we had to move.

For a single person or couple with no pets or a cat, it's a great place. My cat was always comfortable and content, we never had any issues with bugs, mold, or anything of that nature. The maintenance men always showed up promptly the few times we had to call. I would live there again. Highly recommend.

Bridger Property Management are wonderful to rent from. Anytime there is an issue with my apartment they are over as soon as they can to fix it. I enjoying going in and paying my rent every month because the ladies in the office are both amazing. Karen is wonderful and always has the greatest nails. You have to go see them. Jo is a joy to see, she is the sweetest lady. I want to stay in their apartments as long as I can. By far the best place to rent in Bozeman.

Lived here for two years and at first the staff was great. The communication between maintanance and landlord is not really there. Both say to ask the other first. They never fixed our sliding door even though they said they did and yelled at us when asking about it. Rent went up $100 in 2 years. Not worth the increase in price. Now a two bedroom is $990 a month. The office is closed for a three hour lunch.

The location is great, and I like the apartment. But try to get any maintenance done, and the management won't do a thing. We have been missing our lock on the sliding glass door for over a year, and a stove top control knob since we moved in. The maintenance staff itself is great (if you can get word to them), but management will never communicate what needs to be done. Why they think it is fair to raise the rent, but do nothing to help their tenants is beyond me.

I lived in brookside, so I cant speak for their other properties. The apartment complex was fairly nice. Definitely not the best in the price range for Bozeman, but fairly acceptable. The park in the middle of the complexes was a nice touch (but the rule about no dogs being allowed *anywhere* on the premises was extremely annoying when a friend wanted to bring their dog to the middle of the park).

Storage is a closet-sized space on the fairly small patio. Sound proofing is an enormous issue. We had a few problems with our neighbors below us hearing some of our music, but it we were able to come to an understanding. For a decent portion of my lease, I had a fairly pleasant experience living at 2019 W. College in the Brookside apartments. However, it just so happened that our landladies' niece and her friends moved in above us halfway through our lease.

These people very much liked to wear their cowboy boots on the linoleum floor and stomp very loudly at 2 o'clock in the morning on weeknights. Myself and my roommates attempted many times to ask them to please try to not do so to no avail. We talked to our landladies multiple times about the issue, but they seemed extremely disinterested in helping us resolve the issue.

When it came time to move out, (i suspect because of our problems with their niece) they hired a professional inspector to look at our apartment to evaluate it for cleanliness. This inspector check every single nook and cranny of the apartment, having us clean ridiculous things like the slider of the windows. Later, when asked, we found out that the inspector did not have the sheet showing the condition of the apartment prior to us moving in, so we were held accountable for fixing and cleaning things to a better condition than we found them in (I talked to multiple other people that also lived at Brookside, and none of them experienced treatment nearly as harsh as we did).

We protested to the landladies, who only agreed to give us a small portion of our deposit after we threatened legal action. It has been a few years since I moved out, and I have moved to a different state, but I never saw that check. I would strongly recommend using Bridger Property Management only as a last resort. I only have time to tell a small portion of the troubles myself and my roommates had with these people, but there is much more to tell.

These people are shady, and extremely painful to deal with. The two ladies in the management office are ridiculously hard to get ahold of, since they seemed to get into their office at 9, go to lunch at 11:30, come back at 2:30, and leave the office at 4:30 or 5. IF you HAVE to rent from them, have a lawyer go through your lease with a fine tooth comb, and have the lawyer prepared to represent you in court when they inevitably do not hold up their portion of the lease, or violate Montana law concerning renter/rentee agreements.

I rented from BPM for over 5 years and the management staff were always very helpful. I didn't particularly enjoy having rent raised on a 2 bdrm from $825 to $950/mo when the amenities are so basic. Definitely not worth that kind of money. If you plan on getting your full deposit back, I suggest anyone renting to take pictures and document. everything, and to make sure to take that with your walk through.

I just received my deposit and was very upset to see nearly $200 taken out for unnecessary cleaning expenses. Had I known that to be the case, I wouldn't have cleaned before I left. The apartment was cleaner after I moved out then before I moved in. Very disappointing to spend nearly 6 hrs on a thorough cleaning only to get minimal deposit back.
