Brownstone Properties

My wife and I rented from Brownstone for about four years. The housing was affordable, but contacting our leasing agent was always a pain. She vary rarely answered her phone, and only responded to about half of our emails. The maintenance crew was always helpful, and took care of a lot of issues for us.

I absolutely loved dealing with Brownstone Properties. Keisha helped us and she was so helpful, professional and caring as to our getting the apartment. I would recommend Brownstone Properties to anyone. And you can deal with Keisha and get all your questions answered. Adrea the manager was also very courteous and understanding.

Kesha is great she goes over and above for her clients she is amazing! It's always good to hear her welcoming voice when you call. Dalton is also very kind when you call

Brownstone did some things well but overall we did not have a good experience with this property management at Heritage Court. There was not enough initiative on their part to look at what might need to be for the residents and it was pretty hard to get in touch with anyone at times. I'm sure they were probably overworked, but unfortunately we were in a jam a few times.

Poor communication skills. I have emailed several times and called 3 times to even get the status. Then denied on credit score when we have a 6 year on time rent payment history. They took the home we inquired about off the list w out telling us anything and then we're told we didn't get approved. We asked was there anything we could give them like the rental history and they said they would get back to us but still haven't so I emailed higher ups and still have received no response at all.

Very disappointing because I was referred to them that people that said they cared about others but now we will be homeless in 2 days and can't get responses from companies like this.

I've been renting from Brownstone for almost two years and I can't say enough good things about this company. They went out of their way to make sure our cross-country move went as smoothly as possible into our new place here in Lynchburg, and have been incredibly quick and responsive on any issue or request we've had since living here. They are by far the best rental management group we've ever worked with and I would definitely recommend renting from them!

Brownstone has been amazing for my wife and I. We have been with them since 2014 and never had any trouble. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner and property managers are prompt to answer questions. Great prices on renting.

I've lived at the Krise over the past year and the leasing agents at Brownstone Properties have been truly exceptional. Dalton Hodges has been my main leasing agent, and is always responsive, courteous, and goes the extra mile in terms of customer service. Questions and inquiries never take more than a business day (normally just minutes) to be attended unto, and his character and competency are obvious. I have trusted the folks at Brownstone with my livelihood this past year and can easily recommend them for your needs.

I would like to complement brownstone properties for their professionalism and attentiveness specifically Dalton and Sarah. After relocating from Florida and months of looking for a place to live Dalton kept me in mind and found me the perfect area and townhouse to live in. He is very kind and patient which was much appreciated on my end I can't say enough about him.

After moving in a few minor problems cropped up in the unit and Sarah has been most helpful and on top of everything. Both Sarah and Dalton get a five star rating from me both professionally and personally and are very easy to work with. I can't say enough about the two of them and brownstone properties. I highly recommend this company they will do nothing but take good care of you.
